A/C ADVICE OF SOUTH CAROLINA

We were referred to this company by our home warranty service. A/C Advice were amazing! Very responsive.... Our system went out the day before Easter and we thought we would have to wait for contact. Not so! They called and scheduled a meet right away. We needed a new system and they explained everything, every step of the way! Can't say enough about them. Their work was better than code and done in on e day! We are very happy with them!

This company FLAT OUT lied about the services I needed. My home warranty sent these frauds out to me a few days ago and they told the biggest lie ever stating that I needed a new AIR CONDITION system and that all this stuff was no longer working...unbeknownst to them, I called another company and they "flipped the switch" and fixed the problem in 5 minutes and as a courtesy, they didn't charge me ANYTHING because they saw how stressed out I was with this company telling my home warranty that I needed a new condenser plus all this other not needed foolishness! I pray that THAT lying technician gets just what GOD has in store for LYING and trying to make me feel I need all this repair or something new.....TERRIBLE BUSINESS! BEWARE!

We were set up with AC Advice of SC through our home warranty company. When our home warranty denied our claim, AC Advice went above and beyond to work with us, as well as our AC manufacturer and local distributor to get warrantied parts so that we only had to pay for labor. On top of that, their prices were very fair. As we all know, AC repairs are very costly but Corey was as fair as he could be possibly be. Corey kept us updated throughout the process and got us scheduled immediately after receiving all of the warrantied parts. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Corey/AC Advice and I will definitely use him again should a need ever arise. Thank you Corey for all of your hard work and your fair prices. We are FINALLY cooled off.

If I could give them 0 stars I would . My home warranty sent them out . I was suppose to
Pay just one service fee and according the home warranty company that was correct . Corey indicated no that wasn’t right but because I had two
Units it would be more . To make a long story short when he left I called the home warranty company and he over charged me . Furthermore, they sent me a invoice a month later saying I owed them
More money . I would not
Recommend them as they are shady . They did not
Provide me with a receipt at the time of the diagnosis. When they did send a receipt a month later it was something they conjured up .Due to my bank getting in touch with them regarding the charge and the home warranty people as well . Stay away and go with someone else .

Excellent. They called us the 1st day they got the job from Home Warranty Co. Showed next day mid morning. Identified problem quickly. Had the part on their truck. AC was up and running within the hr. We had a free service call from the warranty co. A/C Advice never ask for any fee, Reminded me their labor and parts were under warranty, and to call them if their was any problems. We have them on my preferred list of technicians , and will use their services in the future.

I was matched with this company through my home warranty. The technician they sent out was hard working and efficient. He explained, gave ADVICE, and showed me the problem. He was honest and fair. Stephanie made sure that I got the earliest appt available and even called to move the original appt up three days before schedule. My problem reoccured and the same tech came and fixed the problem. He gave advice and how to maintain my unit. That you AC Advice. I will use this company again.

Stephanie is amazing!! I called her late at night for an AC repair at my out of state rental home and she arranged for it to happen the next day. She called me (as promised) to let me know when the technician would be at the house. Technician arrived on time and made the repair. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Was very punctual and reasonably priced. Was quoted from 2 other companies before a friend gave me the number of ac advice. Using this company saved us between 150-300 dollars from other quotes. The technician was very knowledgeable as he answered many of our questions and concerns as we had many . to our surprise we learned they also do service in the plumbing department. Such a relief to handle 2 birds in one stone. We would highly recommend this c9mpant. Great Job Guys.

Harry had a great customer service and was very knowledgeable in explaining the processes needing to be done. Very professional would give more than 5 stars if I could, highly recommended.
