I have been using Wilson's since 2010, and have always had a good experience. As a certified home inspector, I am very hard on contractors (since most of them are terrible). So I trust very few in the trade world. Wilson's is my go to people for HVAC. Bryan (who I have worked with there the most lately) is a great and professional person.

Our appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. They called with a cancellation and was able to get to us today. Chris was proactive, checking our other unit out as well. And our drain line was clogged. This a large ceiling unit so if he had not notice we would've had a flood on our new furniture.

Wilson's is always great Had a problem with my thermostat due to a power failure. They sent a technician in a timely manner. He resolved the issue with the thermostat and checked over the unit also.

We called with a problem with our home ac unit and got an appointment for same day service/diagnostic for the unit. Jason was prompt and willing to wait a few minutes since he got there earlier than the expected time. This wasn't a problem. He was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable about our system. We really appreciate his expertise and that of the other technicians we've had out from Wilson's!

Had a great experience with Wilson's. Stephen was great getting us set up for our mini split install. He was professional, knowledgeable and the quote was very reasonable for the work being done. On Install day, the guys were on time, clean, professional, kind and mannerable. They informed me of how the install would go and what to be expected. They gave me suggestions and a took in consideration my opinions and preferences as it pertained to aesthetic and placement of unit. We are super happy with our decision to go with Wilson's. The product top notch and their team of professional were awesome.
