I highly recommend Kevin Martin, Sunshine Pagan and the whole team at Wilson’s Refrigeration and Air. We have an older house in Coldstream and I wanted to get on a service contract to keep things running properly. I set an appointment with Sunshine for Kevin to come out and check things out. He called in advance before he arrived and even sent a text with his background / experience and his picture (can’t be too careful these days). Kevin made some awesome recommendations and serviced everything. He was very efficient! Excellent service!!!

Great service after the sale.

Wilson's installed a whole new HVAC system, including new ductwork, for us earlier this year. Our home has never been so comfortable, and our power bills have never been so low. We are grateful to Stephen and the crew who completed the demo, modifications, and installation very fast in the summer heat.

Sometime over the weekend, a thermostat component failed. First thing this morning, Jason checked it out, ordered the necessary part, and got our heat back on with a temporary fix until the new part can be installed—all under warranty. Quick, efficient, and professional!

UPDATE: The new component was installed on schedule, and we haven't had any further issues.

I am extremely pleased with Wilson’s. They recently installed a new heating & air system and they faced a very tough challenge at my 45+ year old home here in Lexington SC. They exceeded my expectations, Stephen W. and the three installers, Cory, Chris, & Louis worked tirelessly for three days. They were efficient, courteous, & professional and made sure that my new home HVAC system was operating perfectly. Kudos to Stephen W. he knows his job and is a great asset to your company.

I had a hvac unit struck by a car. They were quick to respond, provide estimate, schedule install, done, in and out in 5 days. Amazing service. Flawless. The staff were clean in their work and friendly towards my guests. Very nice experience

I called the emergency after hours service number this evening at approximately 6:30 pm. Stephen called us back to inform us that he was wrapping up a call on the other side of Columbia and would be at our home in about 30-40 minutes. Stephen arrived at approximately just before 8:00pm. Stephen’s professionalism, knowledge, polite and courteous demeanor was amazing. During this Covid-19 pandemic, we were extremely hesitant about having anyone in our home, but Stephen had all his PPE on as he rang the doorbell, to include shoe coverings. Thank you for the awesome job, quality craftsmanship & with our annual protection plan we were informed about the fair pricing. Again, thank you Stephen for the awesome work and outstanding customer service!!! It is greatly appreciated as the summer temperatures are beginning here in the midlands!

After days of triple digit heat indexes, our outside A/C unit stopped working. I phoned Wilson's on a Saturday morning around 9:30, got a call back within twenty minutes from Darrell who said he would get to our house no later than 4:00PM that same day. He phoned at 12:30 to let us know he was on his way to our house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair.

Good Evening, the technician I had Stephen, was awesome! He went over and explained all areas of service and unit I needed. I totally appreciate his honesty and trustworthiness. I highly recommend Wilson's Refrigeration and most definitely ask for Stephen to be your Tech!

Wilson’s had a timely response to my call for assistance, getting a technician out to me in about 3 1/2 hours. The problem was diagnosed quickly and a plan for repairs was conveyed promptly. Richard was able to answer all my questions and was very attentive as I relayed the maintenance/repair history of my a/c unit(s). I’ve used the team from Pomaria for many many years and am looking forward to a good rapport with the team from Columbia.

I have been a customer of Wilson's (Comfort Services) for many years. They have always be courteous and responsiveness. Daniel worked many times on my old unit and now is who I request to keep my new unit in tip top shape (replaced unit in May 2018). I would highly recommend.
