Outstanding service! I had a problem with my AC at 5pm ( of course) and most of the people I called could not get out until the next day at 5pm or even later. Wilson's dispatched someone to my home that same day which given the temps in June in South Carolina was pretty awesome. I highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Lanard. He was a hard worker under very hot conditions.I especially liked his friendly, yet down to earth attitude. Lanard gets a “10”.

Their quote to replace my 33 year old ducts was SIGNIFICANTLY below others, they came ON TIME! Did the job diligently and with the minimum of disturbance. When they left, the area was spotless, all the old ductwork, insulation and debris was removed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My home flooded in December and I had to get new floors, sheetrock, paint, etc. No one from Wilson's has been in my home since 2019.

I did incur mold issues after the flood. When the air handler was opened up, we could see mold and mildew.

Based on that, Jason offered two options. I was confident with understanding the issue and wanted to get it eradicated. I did select the more expensive option, but felt very confident in that decision based on the knowledge Jason shared. He certainly did not try to upsell the visit.

I am very comfortable with the decision and am grateful for the knowledge that Jason shared and for the overall experience.
