I feel we got the best with our technician Lou Capasso. He was very professional installing this package unit. I highly respect a technician with his integrity and commitment to getting the job done right and perfecting everything to ensure the installation was not only complete to the highest standard in my opinion but also taking the time so I understood what was taking place and he would explain in detail any question I had which was a huge relief. The team at Wilson’s are some of the best and Lou was. The best!

Out of nowhere my unit quit working, on Memorial Day weekend at that! I did not know who to call but had a recommendation for Wilson. When I tell you Jeff called, was here and got my AC working as quick as he could, I couldn’t be happier. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He explained everything he found and made recommendations for future service. I will be getting a service contract just because of the service provided by my man Jeff!

Service Technician, Stephen Washington was fantastic to meet with and very knowledgeable! My entire ventilation system needs to be replaced immediately. Stephen came out the same day and was very generous in his time outlining what the process would entail. As soon as I receive a quote I will be moving forward with Wilson’s to make the repairs! I will post an update upon completion detailing my experience but I was so impressed today I wanted to give a public word of thanks to Stephen and Wilson’s Refrigeration & Air!

He was very friendly and knowledgeable and let me know exactly what he was doing step-by-step. Gave me a different diagnostic than the first person that came out from all American heating and air who was trying to charge me close to $3000 to repair my AC unit. I trust Wilson’s and their employees because of their honesty and integrity and respect for me as a person and respect my house. The first thing he did when he came in was cover his shoes with protectors so that my carpet wouldn’t get dirty. The quote they gave me was a lot less and I will definitely refer them to everyone I know that needs maintenance or repair to their HVAC systems.

Dealing with damages caused by the ac installed by Wilson's. Heat didn't work last winter. High electric bc stuck on emergency. Drain pipe can't drain because of angle. Stops ac constantly. Fills drain pan and causes damage to my ceiling . Absolutely frustrated to be paying $9000 for this!

I had a very large competing HVAC company which I wont name come out for routine maintenance. They reported some findings that totaled to over $2,000 worth of repairs which had me thinking I should replace the 9 year old unit the sales technician said would most likely have a lifespan of 10 years at best. They ended up quoting a unit that was over $10,500 so I decided to get a second opinion and called Wilson. Wilson came out to quote a new unit at $2,000 less and while there suggested I have their technician come to see if I really needed the replacement. I took his instructions and the technician said my unit should last 12-15 years and came up with an option to fix everything and a little more then the competitor for about $600 saving me a new unit and over $1400 on the fix rate. He promptly fixed everything and has earned a customer for life. I called Wilson to order a couple extra items to enhance our unit which were also much more reasonable than the competitor. When it comes time to replace my unit, I know that I have one call to make to Wilson as they have earned my trust and loyalty. I highly recommend calling them for your HVAC needs.

Jason Keech did a very good job on the recent service call. Arrived at scheduled time, doesn't try to sell me stuff I don't need and was respectful of our time and our home

Jeff Harris does a great job on my semiannual service. Very respectful of our home and our time. Only brings meaningful items to me--doesn't bother me with a lot of stuff to generate additional billings.

Wilson's set an appointment quickly, the repairer showed up as appointed and repairs were done so that we had AC again as we desired. I would recommend Wilson's to anyone. In fact, this was the 2nd time we used them (for another reason last time). The experience has been the same each time. The Technician, Richard, was personable and quite determined to find the problem (there were two problems, in fact). I very much appreciated his tenacity and the forthright way he answered our questions.

Wilson's had super quick response, arrived within 2 hours of my initial call. They diagnosed the issue with the air conditioning, fixed it and had us back up and running in an hour. Great service! Friendly and professional tech. I highly recommend Wilson's Refrigeration and Air.

Lanard Rhaney discovered damaged circuit breakers that prevented the heat pump from working. He also told me consult an electrician to correct the problem. I really appreciate his professionalism!
