Alex Peterkin, technician, did a over-.the-top job replacing a worn out evaporation unit. My downstairs basement had pools of standing water. He not only promptly identified the problem, but when the new unit had been installed, he swept out the water and, getting down on hands and knees, mopped up the mud with towels. This is extraordinary customer service. Thank you, Alex, for repairing my air conditioner, and for leaving the space as clean as she possibly could.

On a 1-5 rating basis I would give your compay a TEN! Your technician provided us with prompt, courteous, friendly and professional servicee in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. We will enthusiastically recommend Wilson's to anyone who needs to have their air conditioning system repaired.

Wilson Refrigeration & Air came to our home today to trouble shoot a problem with our upstairs A/C. Apparently, the upstairs thermostat was wired incorrectly by our previous air conditioning service company and the auxiliary heat did not turn on during on current cold spell (19 degrees). Our technician was thorough, tested the heating strips, and explained the problem. Now are guests can sleep in comfort when they visit. Thank you Wilson!

Had a weekend service repair on our thermostat (blown low voltage fuse). The technician was prompt, arriving in about an hour. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

Joe asked questions and listened to the client perspective of the "opportunity" with the gas furnace. He explained what he was checking and traced the problem to the control board. He called the distributor and went to pick up the board so we would have heat over the holidays.

Wow! We were extremely pleased that Wilson Refrigeration & Air responded immediately to our SOS to come out and check our heating system as we turned on the furnace to get comfortable during the first cold snap of the season and the heat didn't come on! They managed to have Chris come out before noon and look at our system. BTW Chris is an extremely knowledgeable, extremely competent and highly professional diagnostic technician. We appreciated all the information about our system that he shared with us and his fast action in getting our needed part ordered. Thank you for your help.
