I was over charged and the technician that the company sent to my home invaded my personal space went through my dresser draws and STOLE MY FIREARM OUT MY BEDROOM AND STOLE MY LOOSE CHANGE OFF MY DRESSER. THANK GOD I NOTICED SOMEONE HAD BEEN IN MY ROOM. THE TECHNICIAN WAS CAUGHT AND I PRESSED CHARGES. HE WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF WHO COMES IN YOUR HOME. Per the manager they hired the employee before the background check came. That is not safe at all.

I do know the old company they bought Comfort Services which I used for 20 years would have charged much more. I don’t know anything about the business but I can tell how long they work

On short notice they were able to come out in just a couple of hours. Diagnosed my problem and fixed it and in the process sold me a new thermostat. Was pleased with the tech, Lee, who took the time to explain the problem and answer my questions. Overall experience was excellent.

Wilsons took great care of my mother when her furnace went out last week. I couldn’t get home to help so Stephen went above and beyond explaining to me how the old one failed what he was proposing and the different choices she had to make. He worked with her insurance company to help file the claim. Mom doesn’t ‘do computers or smart phones’ so he sent the adjuster the pictures of the power surge/lightning strike and all the details they needed.
Wilsons got the new unit installed in time for the holidays including getting an electrician to check the house wiring. The biggest miracle of Christmas is that they taught her how to use the new thermostat. These guys must have a lot of patience!
