I was over charged and the technician that the company sent to my home invaded my personal space went through my dresser draws and STOLE MY FIREARM OUT MY BEDROOM AND STOLE MY LOOSE CHANGE OFF MY DRESSER. THANK GOD I NOTICED SOMEONE HAD BEEN IN MY ROOM. THE TECHNICIAN WAS CAUGHT AND I PRESSED CHARGES. HE WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF WHO COMES IN YOUR HOME. Per the manager they hired the employee before the background check came. That is not safe at all.

Stephen did a great job. He has been in contact with me thru out the entire process. Everything has been top notch. Thank you Stephen for your hard work, and Thank you Wilson for hiring him.

Technician Kentrell Burgess is outstanding. He is always pleasant to talk with about the service work he is doing and today installed surge protectors on our units. It is always a pleasure to have him do routine service or repair work for us.

Our service was exceptional. Daniel arrived on time, and went straight to work. Hel was very professional, and was concerned that we understood everything that was done. He was considerate, personable, and diligent.
He went above and beyond to be certain everything was cleaned up and back in place.

I contacted Wilson's to evaluate problems with our heating unit. Chong Kim was the technician and he was very professional and informative. He thoroughly explained what issues were wrong with the systems and what steps were recommended.

A professional and customer friendly business with top notch employees from reception to technicians. As for me I have scheduled Kevin for years and he is a highly skilled HVAC technician with a rich history of service to the industry. I have total confidence in allowing him to service my HVAC equipment.

Had to have 2 calls Fixed problem temporarily and finished today. Given the man hours one or two men charges were very reasonable. I do know the old company they bought Comfort Services which I used for 20 years would have charged much more. I don’t know anything about the business but I can tell how long they work

On short notice they were able to come out in just a couple of hours. Diagnosed my problem and fixed it and in the process sold me a new thermostat. Was pleased with the tech, Lee, who took the time to explain the problem and answer my questions. Overall experience was excellent.

Wilsons took great care of my mother when her furnace went out last week. I couldn’t get home to help so Stephen went above and beyond explaining to me how the old one failed what he was proposing and the different choices she had to make. He worked with her insurance company to help file the claim. Mom doesn’t ‘do computers or smart phones’ so he sent the adjuster the pictures of the power surge/lightning strike and all the details they needed.
Wilsons got the new unit installed in time for the holidays including getting an electrician to check the house wiring. The biggest miracle of Christmas is that they taught her how to use the new thermostat. These guys must have a lot of patience!

Darrell was very knowlegable, professional, timely and very fair on pricing! He was able to diagnose, service and repair our Walk-in Cooler KolPak refrigeration unit! Highly Recommend Darrell and Wilson's Refrigeration and Air!
