Design Air Systems

This stranger my home warranty company sent out was wildly unprofessional. He showed up at my house on a Sunday without scheduling an appt. Once he finally made an appt a (week later) he showed up in an unmarked truck, was missing a ladder (thankfully I had one available,) he did not introduce himself, and he had zero business cards on hand to give me. Apparently he ran out of them 25yrs ago while working on basketball players ACs. This person refused to update me when asked regarding what he was doing in my home for 90mins, laughed about "being a stranger wandering around the house," and had the audacity to try and make me feel foolish for being dissatisfied with his lack of professionalism. Informing me of famous people you know and have been employed by is a completely irrelevant sales pitch. I'll be taking my business and money elsewhere.

Strange to hear about Design Air Systems bad review, I've used them for years and always get great service.
