I highly recommend Prime Heating & Cooling. Tyler came out to see my job before any other companies. His price was also the most competitive. The two mini splits I had installed came out exceptional. Tyler and his crew have a very clear attention to detail and cleaned up well after themselves. When the job was done Tyler took the time to explain everything they did and how the system works. Overall I was very pleased and will be calling them again for any HVAC needs.

I set an appointment with this company because I am currently without heat in my home. I booked online as offered at the top of their website, picked the 12-5 time slot, and received a confirmation text of my appointment date and time. I used a vacation day to stay home from work to be available for such a large window of time. They were a no show. They didn’t answer the dozen calls I made to their main line and their emergency line between 3:30 and 5 nor did they return any voicemails I left. And because I waited until 5pm assuming they would show up for the appointment, it was too late to get anyone else to come out. Now it is 30 degrees — looking at the low 20s tomorrow — and I am still without heat because this company wasted my time when I could’ve had time to hire someone that would actually come out. Definitely would not recommend if you are actually in need of help.

I made an appoiment on their web site. easy enough. I called to confirm, person said they were not in the office they would call me back. They did not. The morning of the online scheduled appoiment I recieved a text they were tied up and couldn't make it. Customer skills need serious improvment. John Mulrath

My Rhode Island Rental Connection tenant called with no heat / no hot water. Prime was there in 2 hours and fixed the problem. Great job!

Tyler is a pleasure to deal with. He was to go up in my attic to check my system, which others were not, and he scheduled my appt to meet my needs. I will use him again to maintain my heat in the fall.
