Let me first say primes office staff is AMAZING. They had a complete handle on scheduling and kept me informed of my upcoming cleaning and maintenance appointment. The service techs Dan and Chris were an absolute pleasure. These two guys went above and beyond. Both super friendly and very knowledgeable.

The only problem I had was pricing. The appointment was triggered by a RISE assessment that took place. When I first called prime I was given one price and notified them what RISE was requesting. I sent the paperwork RISE provided me and prime called me back with another price that was $100 more than the original they provided me due to the nature of the cleaning necessary. Then, when the work was completed I was told the price was now MORE than TWICE as much as the second quoted price I was given. I realize the work needed ended up being more extensive than originally anticipated but I felt the price tag was WAY too high.

Prime Heating & Cooling built a new air conditioning system for me, and I am very pleased with their work. Their team was on time, knowledgeable, and executed the installation with great care.

They repaired my boiler (that was installed by a different company) that had a gas leak. They were very responsive and came out quickly. The technician (Elijah) was efficient & did a great job repairing it quickly.

Quick and very responsive even to a new customer. Very happy with the service we received and relieved we didn't have to wait months to get our central air back on.

Chris came and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable…not only that, he respected my home and found a way to construct a return without putting another hole in the floor. Elijah did the installation and he was cordial, knowledgeable, prompt and skilled. I’m very pleased with their work.

I paid almost $200 for a diagnostic check of my oil tank. The tech said there wasn't any water in the tank and the water was coming in the vent pipe. Said vent pipe could be repaired but suggested I replace the oil tank f, whicor $3,000-$4,000 because the tank is old. I explained there was no way I could afford the expense and asked how much to repair vent. He said he would get me an estimate but it's been two months and I've made two phone calls but still no estimate! I guess they don't want to do the less expensive job so just ignore my calls!

I am very pleased with the service received by Prime Heating and AC. The staff is very knowledgeable and the technician was very professional. Pricing was better than other companies researched. I would highly recommend this company.
