Tech 45 minutes off schedule but once arrived it was smooth sailing. Great service.

After trying to find someone to service my heating system (Gem said next June - seriously?) Others just didn't call back, I was referred to Prime Heating and Cooling. It seemed a little expensive but isn't everything now? The technician was courteous and showed up when I was told. I do wish I had a written report of the maintenence. I would definitely recommend them.

I found the technician Chris that performed the AC maintenance check to be personable, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very competent.
He explained each process as he did them and was able to answer all my questions and provided detailed and easy to understand responses.
Although I found Prime Heating/Cooling by accident - I’m certainly glad I did. They now have a new customer that will utilize them for all my heating and cooling needs. I am also going to have them give me a quote for a new AC system at my daughters home as well as installing a new thermostat at my home.
I cannot say enough positive things about the service and the technician. I would highly recommend them to my family, friends and anyone requiring the services they offer.

Called a few different places on Friday afternoon to see if they could get a tech out to take a look at my HVAC as it was not blowing cold air. Some didn’t answer or call back, other weren’t taking new customers and some had no availability at all. When I called Prime, I was able to speak to a gentleman right away and he was able to schedule a tech to come out Monday. Chris P. arrived on time and very professional and helpful. He was able to explain to me what was happening to my system and had it up and running in no time. Chris also gave me some tips to help with maintaining my system. All in all, I had a great experience. I will definitely be using Prime for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

They came for a diagnostic look at my system. Charged me 175.00 dollars and made an appointment to come back out to fix the issues. They called the day of and said the tech was on the way and I ha e not heard a thing from them since. That was a week ago.

Chris, who was an extremely knowledgeable professional, came in and fixed our HVAC system. I called for the repair on Thursday, was given options for either the same day or the next day. The office was very professional and it was easy to set up an appointment. Chris was very prompt and kindly arrived very early on Saturday and diagnosed the problem! He explained our problem quickly, and offered a solution within 20 mins and had it fixed within half an hour. I saved his card and will be using him again in the future if needed!! I called 5 ac repair companies and PRIME was the only place that answered and scheduled me for an appointment within the week. Chris was great! He came right on time, very professional and transparent about the service he was providing and the cost. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone.

Just before the recent severe heat wave, my central air stopped working, and I had called 5-6 other places, and all of them were booking out at least 2-3 weeks for either a repair or quote on a new system. I called Prime on a Monday, and they said they could come out the following day. Jeremy arrived and determined that there was a broken part in the condensing unit. He replaced the part, and I now have ice cold air again. Jeremy was very professional and competent, and I would definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Prime Heating & Cooling. They were helpful, friendly, honest and very responsive. They will be the only company we use going forward.
