Highly recommend to all landlords and private home owners. We have had our share of repairs through the years, and Prime is exceptional. Not only punctual, but professional and pricing is excellent. Tyler is very knowledgeable, and was able to get the job done fast and effective. Definitely if we have issues with any of our apartment furnaces Prime will be our first call.

Technician was very knowledgeable and he explained what he did. Would call them again next year.

Had an appointment set for Monday, that I made online, between the hours of 8 am-12 pm. I sat around waiting without any call or text to confirm, or to let me know they were not coming. 12 rolled around and no one ever showed. I even waited a few days before posting this review to see if the company would reach out to remedy this, and they sent an email asking for my feedback on the experience (or in this case, lack of) This was very disappointing.

I would suggest not using their online system to make appointments if you would like to use this company, and you might have better lucky. Unfortunately, I will have to find my services with another company.
