Quick response to my call (on-demand hot water heater wasn't working), technician showed up when he was supposed to, went through everything and found the issue. Very professionsal, not complaints at all. Now waiting for the part to come and then will have them back for the installation.

Update - part came in and technician installed it. It didn't fix the issue, but he was able to diagnose the problem, and sorted it out.

Travis and Chris did a great job repairing our system. I would highly recommend them. We will be using Prime for annual maintenance from now on. Prime was able to come out and look at our system and diagnose the problem 20 minutes after I called. Other companies had 1-2 week waits.

Jeremy is very professional. He does great work and he kept our appointment even though it meant a very long day for him. We are very happy to have air conditioning again.

Technician was great! Made the appointment on Sunday, tech was there Monday morning at 8:00 when the office said he would arrive. Definitely recommend this company

Very pleased with the service we received from Prime Heating & Cooling. The technicians arrived to do our spring maintenance of our HVAC system and in doing so, advised us of some necessary work that they needed to do in order to make sure everything was working properly. They also cleaned out the area around the condenser (leaves, brush, etc.) from the fall/winter, and even cleaned up the extra brush that was left behind for us. Friendly staff when coordinating appointments, including keeping us informed of any delays in advance. Would recommend and will continue to use them for future needs.
