Great company to work with. Boiler had a big water leak. Couldn’t get any company to come check it out. They were quick to set appointment to come check it out. Just purchased home a year ago, boiler is original from 1988. Had a bunch of other small leaks too. Decided to have a brand new system installed. They were very accommodating in scheduling a boiler replacement, even during New Years holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend Prime Heating and Cooling. Kevin came out to check out problem and also is installing new system. He did a great job explaining options and doing the work.

It was great being able to see when the technicians would arrive. They showed me the wear and tear on my HVAC and gave me options and prices on the spot to replace a corroded part. Very friendly, super helpful-- would use again.

They did a great job overall. I must add, however, that they forgot to do part of the job it was like pulling teeth to get the last part done( thermostat) thank goodness I hadn't paid the entire amount at that point. Also, in the invoice, it says $500 rebate incentive. I can't seem to get a response when I ask them about this.
So, on the initial installation, they get a 4.8.. from that point on the customer service has been weak at best, overall grade drops to 3.8..

Furnace was not blowing air. Furnace fired up and vent blower worked. Circulating fan would not turn on. The fan was fine when operated manually. Issue was one of the relays on the control board was blown. Was able to have control board replaced same day.

Professional and responsive. Heating system was in real need of routing servicing and maintenance and they came out quickly, got the job done within a day, and answered all my questions, as well as stayed to make sure my paperwork was filled out for the RISE Home Energy agreement. My Nest Thermostat was not working correctly and it seemed to be defective so I called and scheduled an appointment for an HVAC technicaicn to come over.

Two technicacians came over, Chris and Dan, and they were both very professional and helped me confirm my Nest was broken.

I am a new home owner and I was asking a lot of questions and learning from them. They were very recetive to me asking questions and picking their brains which was fun.

They also gave me pece of mind that my boiler was working correctly which was great news. They also flushed out air in my boiler pipes which had seemed to be an issue which was helpful.

Overall, I ha a great experience and I would use Prime Heating & Cooling LLC again.

We called Prime when our HVAC ststem went down. They were quick to respond and we had a tech at our place within an hour. Jeremy was really nice and took care of the issue and we finally had heat back 😌 highly recommend this company for all your heating & cooling needs.
