I can't praise Climatech enough for responding to a situation we had with our AC unit failing on one of the hottest days of the year. Jennifer had pricing immediately available to us, and once we accepted, Evan and Jesse arrived within a few days and were very professional, kind and considerate with the way they installed our new AC. I highly recommend Climatech for not only their products, but their excellent customer service as well.

I called Climatech for a quote on installing a mini-split system for my third floor. Mike was here a couple days later to assess the situation. By that night we had a price quote which was very reasonable. They worked with us to schedule the work around our complicated schedule. Ryan S. was here for a day and a half and he and his partner (not sure his name, sorry) did a great job! Definitely would hire again.

I've been a customer since 2011 and have continued to be very satisfied with my experience, including a new furnace and a/c installation. My latest interaction was for a furnace tune up. The service tech (Nick) was very professional. He took his time explaining the work that he was completing and answered all of my questions.

The Climatech team is awesome. They installed a new high velocity AC system is our house. It was a complicated project and they handled every detail with care and professionalism. The system worked perfectly and every interaction with Climatech was exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Wow and wow again! This company's employees are amazing.

Let me start with Mike our salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable and made several suggestions on how to improve our heating needs in our home. He listened to my concerns and addressed everyone of them to my satisfaction. He assured me that he would be available whenever I had a question or concern. True to his word when I called him a few times before and during our project he was eager to speak with me. If he wasn't in he always returned my calls.

Next, I want to speak about Bob who was the lead installer. This man came out and supervised the entire project while limping around with a broken foot! He was calm and professional even while in noticeable pain. He listen to my concerns and even did some extra work to ensure our return air was as efficient as possible. He showed great patience when instructing the less experienced installers. He was a pleasure to be around and instilled confidence in me.

The person who did most of the physical work was a young man named Taj. I love this guy. He was professional and very detail minded. He was patient with me as he answered all my questions while he was working. He was willing to accept suggestions from Bob and followed though to give us the best experience he could. He made sure everything was cleaned up after the work was completed.

Finally, I have to share about Jennifer who works in the office. We had a furnace and an air conditioner installed. The day they came to install the furnace we were informed that the air conditioner was damaged and it would be a few days before a new one came in.

A few days lasted a few weeks but not because of Climatech. After a few weeks of waiting, I called and Jennifer informed me that they were having problems with Climatech's supplier. Jennifer let me know that she and her supplier had a discussion the day before about how this time lapse in getting our air conditioner was unacceptable. Within a day the Climatech crew showed up to install our new air conditioner.

My experience with Climatech was great. Another company came in to look at our project and called weeks later to say they couldn't do our install for at least 3 months. One company was only interested in installing their brand of equipment but Climatech was willing to install the brand we decided on. Neither of the other companies made any helpful suggestions like the Climatech staff did which immediately lowered my confidence in them.

We look forward to having Climatech service our new furnace and air conditioner on an annual basis. Go Climatech. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Climatech installed our new air conditioning system today. They're were very easy to work with. Got us on their install schedule quickly. It was affordable. And their technicians were professional and friendly.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about our technician, Ryan. Our 20 year old central air died in September...going through the process of finding someone trustful to install a new unit was frightening and way out of our comfort zone. Ryan was not only courteous and respectful of my home, he took the time to explain what they were doing, how much better and more efficient it would work, and also left detailed notes since summer is over and there's a chance we would forget by next summer. He went the extra step by checking our furnace and baseboard heat to make sure everything was up to par and in good working condition. They put down tarps in the walkways to avoid messing up my floors and vacuumed up after themselves. I am quite impressed...thank you Ryan for your honesty and hard work...you earned these 5 stars!

It was a pleasure working with Climatech, working to replace air-conditioning in my parents house, even though I live three states away. They were very understanding of the difficulties of coordinating this without being there in person, sending texts, pictures and keeping us updated. Based on this experience I highly recommend them.

Ross and Andrew installed my HVAC system. Helpful.. Friendly and professional! Explained what they were doing and answered my questions. Pleasure working with them both. My experience with them and Climatech was very easy and pleasant. Highly recommend them!
