We replaced our existing a/c system that was about 30 years old. All of Climatech’s personnel were responsive and courteous, and all of the work was completed on schedule.

We searched around for the best price for a new furnace and a/c and found climatech to be the best value for the best and lowest price! We were really impressed with their professionalism, they showed up on time, they worked hard and quickly, and finished up the project quicker than expected. The men that installed ours were Al and Kevin! They were very respectful of our property, kind, and worked efficiently. Thank you, guys!

Ryan S. and Ryan did a great job of installing a new Bosch Combi 151 boiler/hot water heater in my house. They came to my house on time, worked efficiently, and did the job in less time suggested. They also answered my questions/suggestions about the installation with thoughtful responses.

The new Bosch Combi boiler hangs on the wall eliminating a free standing boiler and the hot water tank so I have gained a substantial amount of basement space. Since the installation, I have had few plumbers come to my house to work on a separate issue, (a leaky main water line). Each plumber has made a point of admiring the layout and the pipe work that they did.

My air conditioner didn't hold a charge and my furnace was old. I called Climatech and Mike H. called back and we made an appointment to look at my system. He was on time, very knowledgeable and was able to understand that I wanted a simple, reliable, easy to repair system. He was easy to talk to, provided estimates for 2 systems the same day, and available later whenever I had a question. After several emails and phone calls we settled on an American Standard AUH18080 95% efficient, 80,000 btu single stage gas furnace, an American Standard Silver 13 SEER 3 ton outdoor condensing unit, a matching high efficiency evaporator coil and a Honeywell thermostat. The cost, 1/2 paid up front and 1/2 paid after installation.

Jennifer who coordinates all the residential installations made sure the 2 day installation worked into our schedule.

A crew of 2, Ron and Jesse, arrived at the appointed installation time (they worked 8am to 2pm), They took away the existing units, and installed the new units. They made changes necessary to fit the new units into the existing duct work, and added a new drain to drain the condensation from the new units properly. They drilled holes through the brick walls for pipes required by the new efficient units. I've had several installers break through my concrete or brick wall to install things and they did the best job I have seen of patching the hole. To install the air conditioner they needed to go into our neighbors' yard and they were respectful of both that yard and ours.They did a very professional job cleaning up at the end of both days. After the installation they went over the system with me including the new electrical connections for the AC, operation of the new thermostat , furnace operation, etc.

I would recommend this company and this team to others.

Highly recommended! We had a ductless Mitsubishi unit installed in our third floor family room and are very pleased with it.

Mike Horner was our first contact and he was very knowledgeable on what we needed to solve our heating/cooling problem with the space.

The installers Alan and Kevin were punctual, friendly, and professional. It was not an easy job but they were up to the task!

The crew was on time very professional. Installation was done in a short time and they worked in a clean environment they cleaned up after themselves and the job site looks good and my AC works well. I will have them again for my next job and I will also offer their services to anybody.
