Climatech just finished installing an AC on the second floor of our home. The techs were so professional and kept me informed of the progress. I work from home and didn't hardly know they were here. They were very responsive at the very busy time of year. The price was affordable and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them.

After careful consideration regarding the contractor we would use to install our new Mitsubishi Mini Split Ductless AC System, my wife and I decided to go with Climatech. Our experience was top-shelf from beginning to end, starting with the initial contact with Jennifer, who was not only knowledgeable, but expeditious in getting us set up with an appointment during the hottest spell of the decade. Just days later, Mike was at our house to evaluate our needs and recommend the correct equipment to provide optimal performance with efficiency and aesthetics in mind. Mike was able to determine the ideal system to meet our needs and do so at a price point that was very fair. It was only 5 days thereafter that Ron was on the job installing our new system. In addition to meticulous attention to detail during the installation, Ron was equally professional and courteous. With the help of technicians, Tim & Jake, the system was complete within 3 days and the air quality in our house had been greatly improved. Installers were on-time/slightly early for their window, worked without bothering me & got it done well ahead of schedule. Very courteous and answered all questions & concerns. We had a great experience with Climatech after struggling with inferior equipment for many years. Our technicians (Ryan and Ryan) were organized, efficient, and very timely in completing our install of 2 heat pumps. They kept our house clean throughout the process and communicated the progress and any needs they had each day prior to leaving. I wish I had Climatech complete my original install and avoid many headaches over the past 10 years. I would recommend Climatech to anyone after this positive experience!

We needed to have a new furnace and AC unit installed and got proposals from multiple companies. We went with Climatech because it was the best overall value for the money and they were very easy to schedule and work with. Mike H. came out to do the initial proposal and was very helpful with follow up questions I had via phone and email. Our installation was completed over 2 days by Shawn C. & Jay and we were very happy with their work. They were professional, efficient and also helpful with questions and giving us a rundown of all the new equipment, our warranties, what to do should we experience problems, etc. We were very happy with the company and would definitely use them again if needed or recommend them to others.

Ron M and Jesse D installed a humidifier onto my furnace. We have a weird setup in our basement and the guys troubleshooted completely as I knew almost nothing. They installed it very professionally and even found a better water connection than what I had pointed out. They also took the time to explain to me what filter size I needed for my furnace and even wrote down the size, going beyond the call of duty. They were helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and patient. I wish that everyone who worked on my house was like them! Excellent service and truly enjoyed having them here. Thanks to both of you!

I returned from a business trip on 10/12 to discover that my AC was inoperable. I called for a repair the next day and Climatech sent someone the same day. Bob said the unit needed significant repairs because some of the circuitry was ruined. After checking for parts to repair my AC it was ascertained that it had to be replaced because parts were no longer available for the 5 ton unit I had. It was about 15 years old. Mike came to give an estimate the next day and by the next morning we agreed to the estimate. We were in the schedule for an install within a week from reposting the problem and now I don’t have to worry about sweltering in anymore Fall heat. Climatech’s. customer service is unmatched. They have been the sole provider of all of my HVAC needs since 2012.
