Pricing was the most competitive of the other Lennox dealers I considered. Climatech apparently gets discounts due to their sales volume that they passed on to us. Our A/C unit was 19 years old (11 SEER) and the Heater was 29 years old. We elected to get the
(1) Lennox EL296, 96% Efficient, 90,000 BTU, variable speed, 2-stage gas furnace; (2) Lennox 13 ACX, 13 SEER, 3 ton, Outdoor Condensing Unit (410a Refrigerant); (3) Lennox matching high efficiency evaporator coil; (4) Honeywell T-6 WiFi programmable thermostat; (5) Lennox compressor sound blanket.

We have already (the first day) see a noticeable improvement in cooling on the second floor and a more consistent temperature throughout the two story home. The variable speed is well worth the cost.

Installers Ryan S. and Ryan were courteous and professional. They listened to our installation questions and provided thoughtful guidance, working our requests where appropriate. Lou, the sales representative, also came out to the job to check on the installation. We were very pleased with the overall service and installation!

I scheduled an install of a humidifier and maintenance on my furnace/air conditioner by Climatech. Don arrived on time today, did the work requested promptly, answered my questions thoroughly and clearly explained the operation and maintenance of the humidifier. I was completely satisfied.

Climatech sent their technician Lou to inspect and repair our unit. He thoroughly inspected the unit and made the needed repairs. Climatech stands by their word that they strive to make sure their costumers are completely satisfied with their purchase.

Update, had a bad experience with a Rep, then called again to get quotes and talked to Jennifer she was really helpful. They explained the Rep was newer and that was why. Understandable we were all new a a job before. I liked how they took the time and give quotes over the phone. Really Helpful!.

This whole process went very very smooth. The installers were very professional, did a great job and I highly recommend their services.

Climatech installed the HVAC equipment in my new Heartland home. The AC units were installed to the house using sub-standard brackets causing the units to sit crooked and the electrical connections were mis-wired and had the wrong size fuse. Thank goodness I had their work inspected by a professional.

I have not experienced these people in my home, however, I would never call this company for services. As I was driving on Rt. 28, one of their drivers basically ran me off the road, into a bunch of orange cones. He eventually ended up behind me on the Liberty Bridge and the driver and the passenger were waving and laughing. I called the office immediately (around 3:30 on 10/26/2017) and I have yet to receive a call back from the company. I would NEVER want someone who is this rude and dangerous to enter my home. I would not use this service ever and will make sure to tell others of the rude behavior of their employees.

I've used Climatech for various services over the years both minor and major and they're always fair, reliable, professional, and do high quality work. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs in the Pittsburgh area.

Furnace was found to be on its last legs two months ago, quoted prices were good and replacement was prompt. Taj and Ronnie were pleasant to work with and explained things as desired or needed. The new furnace is working well.
