We realized our house wasn’t properly cooling on a Saturday night around 9pm... called a bunch of places and Sanks was the only one that could have someone here the next day. We had a mechanic here at 8am Sunday morning and the problem was fixed by 9am. Reasonable prices and the “emergency fee” was able to be subtracted from any work done.

Quickly identified issue with HVAC system and made repairs for a reasonable price. Great company with great communication. Will definitely use use in the future, and refer to my customers.

I contacted Sanks via their website to inquire about installation of a central air system and they called me the next day to schedule a visit. Soon after, Marty came to the house, we walked through everything, he pointed out a few electrical items that needed to be corrected, and we discussed some other issues. As he was leaving I asked when I could expect a quote. He said 1 day, maximum 3. Marty seemed knowledgeable and professional, and I was encouraged. However, I didn't hear anything until 12 days later when on my THIRD request for status Marty finally told me they were too busy (and went on to tell me I needed a roof hatch for installation and maintenance, which he didn't mention during the home visit) to do the job; it would be at least a month out. I have many other home renovations that cannot be started until the AC is installed so I decided not to pursue the project using Sanks. If they cannot respond to a simple request for status of a quote, I cannot trust them to adhere to a schedule.

Great experience start to finish, great communication, prompt response times and professional field technician who diagnosed and fixed the problem and had the A/C back up and running during a heatwave! Thank you!

Great service!!!! Will is very professional and very Courteous. He explained everything in detail and the do’s and don’t of my unit. The young lady was very nice. She even called to let me know how long Will was going to be. You will regret not giving them a call.
