Sanks Mechanical - Heating & Cooling

I have been tying to get the air conditioning in my house fixed since May! For three months my management company just marked my requests as completed and did nothing, I finally made it happen to get someone out here to actually look at it and Will had the problem basically fixed in under a half hour. The rest of the problem is just due to dumb contractors cutting corners, but it is ALREADY way cooler and more comfortable in here and he explained everything so I was up to speed. Thank you!!

Classic story...guy falls in love with house! Guy buys said house. Air conditioner goes down on a sweltering Friday in August!!! I rang Sanks Mechanical and the guys put me on the schedule the next day. They arrived 10 minutes early on a Saturday for my appointment, were friendly and polite. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got my system back up and running. I now plan on living happily ever after! But seriously folks, if need HVAC work give these guys a call. They were so quick to respond when I realized my heat wasn’t working. The technician showed up on time. He was covid friendly and even put on booties.

Once the heat was up and running, he explained what was wrong and how it was fixed.

Hopefully I don’t need to use them often but glad they are there when I need them.
