Sanks Mechanical - Heating & Cooling

Sanks was amazing! During the heatwave our AC stopped working. I made an appointment and they contacted me back within hours to set something up for that same day! The tech was personable and friendly. He explained to me what was wrong and fixed it in a matter of moments. The whole process was a breeze (pun intended) and I could not be happier with the service they provided!!

I am very pleased with their service. I phoned at 9:00 p.m. last night about getting our central air unit repaired, and they came out today. Excellent response time. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were reasonable. Will definitely use Sanks Mechanical again.

Sanks is great. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Both times I’ve used them, they spent a lot of time to appropriately diagnose, and then fix the issue. They also responded and scheduled their appointments quickly — a big plus when there’s an issue with A/C. Would definitely recommend.

He came to sale me a new unit. I had problem with Compressor. To replace with refrigerant he gave me estimate of 6k dollars. Which is nonsense. I can have Indoor and Outdoor Unit including Installation 5k.

Sanks is top notch!! Dan, the tech who stopped by to look at my unit was really knowledgeable and very friendly. I was really happy that he showed up on time. If you are having any issue with your AC unit do your self a favor and call Sanks. You will be well taken care of.

Our central air system went down in the middle of this heat wave..we called Sanks Mechanical first thing in the morning and they were at our house by the early afternoon! Fantastic service. My AC broke in the middle of the hot summer and they came out to fix it the next day without me needing to be home. Price was reasonable.
