John was quick and straight forward. He confirmed my initial diagnosis. He went to work straight away and completed the job in an hour (which was expected). He was professional. While the price is on the higher end, the service was exceptional.

Got an appointment next day after calling in late afternoon. Fast response from Sanks Mechanical. Received text and email confirmation and text updates the day of service. Received a call from the technician when he was on his way with an approximate time when he would arrive.

Will K was great. Friendly and professional! Arrived during the time window given, diagnosed what was wrong with my heating system quickly and accurately, went over the price with me and got my system up and running fast. Couldn't have gone any more smoothly.

I was 100% impressed, and more than satisfied, with the service that I received from Sanks. Their technician, John, was quite knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose--in 30 minutes--what the problem was that was causing my HVAC system to perform so poorly, even though it seemed that it was circulating hot freon. Indeed, the bottom line is there are many different factors that can cause an HVAC to run inefficiently, and it takes a good technician with the proper testing devices to ascertain if the problem is freon or something else. Sanks came out quickly, worked clean, charged me a modest diagnosis fee, and is now coming back to fix the underlying problem, also at what seems to be a fair price. As president of my condo association, I will certainly be recommending Sanks to the other 53 owners here.

A Sanks technician came out on a Friday afternoon to trouble shoot my AC unit and was able to recommend and fix the issue. Great responsiveness and communication from the office scheduler to the on site technician.

They came out to provide an estimate on Tuesday. The guy who came to take pictures said he couldn’t give an estimate that day because he was filling in for his boss. They didn’t call me back for two days, so I called them and had to leave a message with the answering service. Finally they called me back on the third day to tell me they’re not taking the job. No reason mentioned 👎🏽

Hot water heater stopped working. Called Sanks Mechanical, and the technician arrived soon after that. John was professional and polite. He phoned to advise of his arrival time. Removed the old water heater and had the new one in quickly and efficiently. He was clean and left no dirt behind. Within a short period of time I was back in business. Great company to work with. I have been using Sanks Mechanical for years and am continually impressed by their professionalism and dedication to quality and service. Most recently, we were experiencing cooling issues in our office (older, non-Sanks installed unit) and Sanks Mechanical dispatched someone within the hour to troubleshoot and candidly review our various options with us.

I hope this review reaches the people at Sanks. I honestly wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. Aside from being GREAT at working with PEOPLE, these people are fair and have amazing business ethics. First, when our AC suddenly blew out in the middle of a very heated Summer, one of Sanks Mechanical professional named Bill helped assess and explain the situation in a way that was easy to understand. He was able to come out on the same day. He genuinely tried to get me the fastest help I can. Fast forward to two days later (when most others were giving me a week at the least), Dan, another Sanks Mechanical professional, installed a new replacement motor. He was super friendly, personable, polite and efficient. From the people at the phone all the way to their people outside, this company works hard on maintaining such incredible service and no less, for a --- wait for it --- fair price!!! Unheard of in today's world. Thank you Sanks for being a company FOR the people!
