This was my first time here and I dealt with Tom. He helped me get what I needed for my project since this was my first time going duct work. Took the time to listen and suggested the material I would need to complete the job. He even ordered a part they didn’t have and it came the next day. Thanks Tom!
One of the store workers, very arrogant that even before I started telling him what I needed he mocks me at front of the others and called me a “Homedepot People” as a derogatory term “me not been a professional so I should go to Homedepot to buy instead” at least that’s what he thought. I'm telling all my technicians and friends contractors to go and buy from other stores that at least treat customers respectfully. To this store worker I have a message. If you could treat your customers as Homedepot treats theirs, you would have lot more satisfied customers, but your store is dying thanks to you Idiot...
I found a specialized tool online & the men at Riley helped me to learn how to use the tool & sold it to me even though I am not in the industry. Would certainly purchase something from them again. Thank you!
