Sanks Mechanical - Heating & Cooling

I called Sanks for a diagnostic and installation of a new heating unit in a Newley acquired property. They worked with me during the entire process. Honored a price they listed that had then recently changed to be dramatically higher and gave me tips and tricks while installing the unit. Oh! And they noticed a leak and gave some advice. Talk about above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier working with Sanks during such a stressful time- they were a breeze!

I called at 7am today because our AC wasn't working, they had Dan here by 7:30am!! From the second I called the Staff of Sank Mechanical were professional and friendly. The pricing was very reasonable, the issue was quickly diagnosed, options were given, and the problem was fixed by 9am. Dan checked over our whole system and even discussed what to expect down the road. Several years ago we also had Sank Mechanical replace a Hot Water Heater, Joe handled that Job, again, quick and professional... I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your needs!

They installed our AC unit. We already had a forced heating system. We have had a few issues since with the AC but it was all minor adjustments or issues that we could have prevented ourselves if we had been aware such as changing the filter more frequently as we do construction to our house. But every time we had an issue they would come out immediately even if it was a non emergency. They are professional and nice people, a good company that is run well, and they have stood by their install and put us at ease.

Our technician Dan was punctual, kind, and thorough. He made a call and found that our furnace was still under warranty and that we would only have to pay for the labor cost of
replacing the malfunctioning part. I would recommend him for sure!
