Our AC compressor broke in 90° weather. They came out right away. Lu was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. I am so grateful that he came out right away due to the heat.

Met Andrew thru my home insurance company which sometimes is iffy, but Andrew proved to be a great referral. He diagnosed the problem, worked with my insurance company to get the best coverage for my problem and gave me a fair price for additional items not covered. He even came back 6 months later to check the system was properly charged and ready for summer. I highly recommend him and will be using him twice a year to service my HVAC equipment in the future. I had an intermittent issue with my unit cutting of and losing power to half my unit without tripping breakers. The techs (Meek & George) were on time. They were respectful & friendly. They took the time to explain what was going on, what they were doing, and what was needed to be done. Based on these 2 gentlemen, I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again if/when needed.

Andrew, the owner, came to our house and was the consummate professional. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace, then left tobget the part (30 miles round-trip) and returned the same day to install the part. He didn't leave until he was sure our heat was working. I highly recommend Herring's, you won't be disappointed!

The customer service/receptionist is horrible. She has a nasty attitude to where you don't want to use them for any services. I called about my AC unit, they came stated that it was a wiring issue and it was then fixed. Well that happen on a Friday I left for the weekend and came to my house A.C. unit not working at all. I called that Monday she schedule someone for Thursday a whole 4 days in the heat and then reschuduled Friday. Since I wasnt able to commit to Friday because I am unforunately a working women the customer service rep had the nerve to be mad at me when orginally the appointment was for Thursday. So then i tried to get them to come out again and she basically turn me down and said I had to go through my home warranty company, even though they never fixed the original problem. Just for the fact they didn't follow through with the original appointment was enough but having to deal with the customer service rep and her nasty attitude, I was done. As a business you should deal with your customers a certain way. Even though the problem wasnt fixed the first time, I was still willing to give them another chance but once you treat me like my business doesnt matter - that's when Im over you. I have never been the one to go on and write a bad review but that lady and how she treated me was ridiculous. There should be no excuses from this company but "I apologize for how you felt your service went and if you allow us another chance, we can get the issue fixed". I never got nothing but someone who, I can tell you has just lost this company plenty of business.
