Andrew from Drew's Crew came out & did a wonderful job fixing our broken ac units at our facility. He was very transparent & professional in telling us what he was doing & why things needed to be fixed.

We are now going to use Drews Crew hvac for all 88 units here for service & maintenance moving forward.

Extremely quick to respond to urgent request for heat repair. They were able to get someone out the next day on a snowy holiday and communicated with me on arrival times to ease my concern. The service was very thorough and I was confident the issue with my heat was going to be fixed. The technician showed me the issue, offered a solution and made sure I had everything I needed before he left. I am very thankful for this service during one of the coldest days of the year!

Called my home warranty company stating I was having problems with my heating system. They sent Drew's Crew Heating & Air LLC and I was very pleased. Drew & his assistant were pleasant, knowledgeable & repaired the problem quickly. If I have any future problems, I will request that Drew's Crew be sent to my home. We have used Drew's Crew in the past. They kept us informed of everything that was wrong and the reason they were doing what they were doing. I would advise everyone to hire them. They are professional and I would use them again and again.

Used Drew’s Crew on advice of my home warranty company. I actually didn’t have a choice. I read the other reviews that said Drew’s Crew does not work with warranty company’s. That’s an absolute lie. They came out late 2021. Was told by the technician that the whole unit needed to be replaced. Drew’s Crew came out and did the work. Assured my wife that everything was in working order. This summer turned on the air conditioning and nothing. Could not get ahold of anyone from Drew’s Crew. Finally had to have another company come out to diagnose the issue. The tech told my wife that whoever installed this unit should go back to HVAC school. The power wire to the unit was not even installed. I would watch a UTube video myself before I ever called them out to repair my unit.

Drew's crew came out today to maintain our furnace. They did a great job explaining everything to us . Very thorough & professional.

Drew was very professional. This company showed up on time might and was extremely helpful after my heating system was going. For four days my heating system was only blowing cold air which is terrible for the winter. Drew had a lot of knowledge, he easily diagnosed the problem and recommended services for me that wasn’t extremely pricey. I love the fact that I was even offered another service in the fall. This company just made a loyal client out of me and I couldn’t thank you enough.

I highly recommend not using for any problems concerning heating and repair maintenance. The company does not stand on their written contract agreements, also the level of communication was very poor! The manager dodged my phone calls for approximately 2 weeks. I had to use another number to contact the company so they would pick up. He was unprofessional during our phone call even though I had a house call emergency which could’ve caused a fire in my home from an error he made. The manager was yelling and cursing throughout the conversation, when I was trying to explain what was going on. He said that he wouldn’t be able to come out and to find another contractor after he took our money. Please don’t waste your time and money on this company.

The crew came and took care of a 3-4 months long issue I had been having with my steam boiler. I had a few HVAC folks come out but none could figure it out until today. They were honest, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and gave me easy tips to maintain my system. AND they came the same day…..within a matter of two hours.

This was our second time using Drew’s crew and we were looking forward to the company coming out to fix our AC, since it was out for a day already and expressed our concern with also having a 5 month old in the house.

I found out the owner would also be joining the technician which only made things better, especially after reading the bio and supporting a small business.

The experience:

From the beginning, the technician came in with a friendly demeanor but the owner just seemed unpleasant and not wanting to be there. Even as they figured out the issue this continued on. They both stated they would talk to our home warranty company and then give us a call back about replacing the part.

2 hours later, I receive a message from my home warranty that Drew’s cancelled without leaving any real reason. This honestly left us feeling disappointed and upset, mainly because we expressed our concerns for our family. The home warranty assured me that they would cover the part needed. Still not sure why Drew’s cancelled, but overall it made it clear I wouldn’t use or recommend them again.
