Drew arrived early knowing we were in the middle of a heat wave and was able to fix my issue in short order. Excellent communication throughout, great rates and an all around good guy.

Drew performed maintenance on my split air conditioner, which was just taking off the two screens and wiping them, and said if any issues come up they would be covered. However, when the unit started leaking, and I needed a repair, Drew tried to charge us!

When the technician actually cleaned the unit there was a dustpan full of dirt and debris, and unit still leaks! The repair never was done and the piece that rotates the air was broken by the tech.

Upon contacting the office to report the issue to the “receptionist “ she told me to find another company and hung up on me! Is this the “100% guaranteed customer satisfaction “ in which Drew posts on his business card?… and Drew never called me back!

I’ve been in business and treating customers with respect is top priority! I live in a densely populated area and your business largely relies on “word of mouth “ for customers and customer satisfaction is not Drew’s top priority, therefore, I leave a negative review. The technician was respectful and tried to do his job, but obviously the training was not there , unable to make the repair and leaving with a broken piece on the unit.

I called this Service Tues( July 5) and asked him can he help me with the problem of my central air not working. He immediately gave me an appointment for the next day Wed ( July 6). He told me that he gave me 1pound and a half to put in the central air to make it cool again. It is 3dys later and we are still warm in house. The temperature reads 80 degrees. Very disappointing.

Andrew was very personable, informative and knowledgeable. Service performed efficiently and priced reasonably. We will be very comfortable having them back when additional service or maintenance is needed.

Andrew from Drew’s Crew came out because our AC was not pumping out cool air. He was early, which we greatly appreciated because it was a very hot day, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us his honest opinion and recommendation on what we should do. In addition to that, he understood our current situation and really helped us out. King was our tech that came to look at our ac unit. He was very nice and professional. Also very knowledgeable and didn't try to give me any sales pitch for stuff we didn't need. Totally recommend this company. Reasonable prices and I will definitely be calling back in the very near future for the yearly service contract.

I was very pleased w/ their work and the cost of the job, which seemed fair. They arrived on time, took their time to do it right, made sure it worked and that I was happy w/ the result, and let me know of their commitment to good work by volunteering to check back w/ it in a few months. They were all polite and courteous as well.
