My furnace would intermittently take a long time to come on and we were left in a cold house for hours. After the 3rd time this happened we contacted out home warranty company and they in turn contacted the job out to Herring.

I called the company the day off our appointment to make sure that they would send a tech that was able to properly diagnose the issue since the furnace might be working again when they arrived. They sent out Jahmeek and let me tell you he knew his stuff. He popped the covers off and immediately read the code that the furnace was throwing. The code was 33 which indicates an issue with the limit switch circuit. From there he quickly disconnected the switch and placed a jumper in it's place confirming that it was bad. He did all this while holding a pretty engaging conversation with me. I was really impressed with his professionalism and easy going nature. He even put in a new filter since mine was so clogged that it was barely recognizable.

It goes without saying that some techs are better than others. Lots of times if things are working when they come out they give you the line that there's nothing they can do until the problem happens again. That goes for all industries!!!! He was done in less than an hour and on his way to the next call. You have to appreciate that kind of efficiency.

The technician was professional and thoroughly explained what the problem was. I felt they gave a fair price to fix my AC unit but my problem is the miscommunication between this company and my warranty company. The receptionist lady is also horrible. She has very poor customer service skills and never answered any of my questions.

Thank you Drew’s Crew! They were very nice, professional and solved our problem with our AC! They were even very mindful/considerate of me working from home while they fixed our AC (I work for an insurance company and need to talk on the phone to customers )

Andrew the owner is a true professional. They show up on time and spend the time diagnosing and fixing the issue. Their prices are very reasonable. He is honest and does not make up issues where none exist ! Herring's Home Quality Service is the best company I have sound so far to service by AC and furnace.

After a year of them giving us the units Andrew and Angel who has no customer service skills they had a lady named Kim who was Also lacking to be nice they dumped me as customer by saying they don’t service Lehigh Valley. All it was they had to replace a thermostat which was acting up as the temp was set at 68 it was showing 73. Really had high hopes for this company but truly a disappointment as Andrew never bother to call back after me leaving couple of messages.
And tech comes for maintenance shocks me with a Freon needed thats $84 a pound into a 12 month old unit then the story changes so please do your research before hiring any HVAC company.
Thank god found a trust worthy HVAC and it was just a thermostat which needed a replacement got to be super careful.

Very prompt response. Very friendly and polite. Kept me informed, answered all my questions throughly. They were here twice, I had to have a new furnace, and some other work done involving my zoning. Their work is guaranteed for a year,after which I will have them do yearly maintenance. Great people, great service!!! Oh and I was impressed that the owner came out every time with his service Assoicates to ck up on the job.

We were very satisfied with Herrings. From the dispatcher Kim to the technicians, particularly Andrew, they were very professional and knowledgeable. We had problems with our upper and lower level air units and they were helpful in getting those units fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Andrew came to our house for an A/C maintenance during COVID and was completely professional and prompt. He was very thorough and made sure we were set for summer. Kim was very helpful on the phone and made the extra effort with communicating everyting. Thank you Herrings! Strongly Recommend.

Someone name Andrew was on the phone with the worker. He was very rude, disrespectful & unprofessional. I wanted to speak with him & that is the reason the worker answered his call in my presence. Andrew immediately begin to rant & rave at the worker never shutting up long enough to let me get a word in & explain why I wanted to speak with him. And then the rude, disrespectful & unprofessional Andrew hung up on the worker & me. If you were the last HVAC company on earth I would burn in hell before using or recommending you to my worse enemy.
I wish Andrew was as polite & efficient as the worker who came to my home.
