TUDI Mechanical Systems

The technician was early. He was fast, professional, and didn't make a mess. I've used TUDI before to install a furnace and was pleased. They're not cheap, but the work is solid. I'll use them again.

Professional experience from beginning to end. Mark our salesman was prompt and very knowledgeable. He did not pressure us to purchase from them. The staff at Tudi let us know when the install would start. The installers with Chris at the helm were professional, courteous and were not intrusive at all. They installed the equipment ahead of schedule and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this crew to anyone needing HVAC work. Our home will be comfortable year round thanks to Tudi.

The installers were prompt and very accommodating. WE had a few minor issues that needed to be resolved onsite, and solutions were found.

This is an OLD house, nd a historic landmark. Efforts to preserve the appearance were necessary, and those efforts were quite acceptable.

The air conditioning season is essentially over at this point, so I can't remark on how well the installed system meets our needs, but some brief testing suggests that those expectations will be met.

I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from TUDI when I've had inspecting/servicing of my furnace and air conditioner. Dave has always been thorough and knowledgeable. Also, he answered some questions about the air conditioner that was installed last June, 2017 that were not covered by the installer at that time.

We were very pleased with the work the young men did installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They cleaned up as they went along. They worked well together to complete the job in one day. Everything was very neat looking at the complicated wires, hoses and duck work they had to put install. I would recommend Tudi to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience with everyone at Tudi, from Josh who came out to do the initial estimate, Shuana who booked the date and time with us, to Mike and Owen who installed the units. John Petrigac repaired my air conditioning today and performed a checkup on my furnace. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, informed me of the cost, and, upon my approval, made the repair. He also provided loads of helpful guidance on maintenance and potential problems to watch for in the future. All during his service call, John was polite, courteous, and respectful. And he certainly knows his work. Very informed. I could not be more pleased with the service as provided by John. Much appreciated. He reflects very positively on Tudi as a company. Terrific!!

I had to replace my 25year old AC unit and furnace. Tudi had the best price and the installation process went exactly as I was told. No surprises which was nice. They showed up on time. I could not use my existing venting and Chris did a great job of making sure the new venting was inconspicuous. I was very happy.

We loved TUDI from start to finish. They were extremely prompt and helpful. Mark was our main contact and he was very kind and quick to respond when we asked questions. The installation team was efficient (took them less than 1 day to do a job that 3 other companies had told us would take at least 2) and very respectful of the space. All of this was great and the fact that they had a better price than any of the competition was the icing on the cake. I would recommend these guys to anyone/everyone!

TUDI came out quickly when my furnace went down days before my wife and I were expecting a baby (Feb ‘20) and was able to get us up and running. I knew my AC was getting old so signed up for a maintenance plan, and then forgot about it! Right on schedule this Summer, I got a call from TUDI to do the maintenance, and John showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend TUDI for all of your HVAC needs!!
