We were very pleased with the service that Tudi provided for us. We initially contacted them to receive an estimate to have ductless AC's installed. As we live in an old house, some electrical issues had to be updated. We were so impressed with the time that Josh took with us in explaining the upgrades that would be necessary, we scheduled our work with Tudi without hesitation. The A/C installers worked in the cold/snowy days of February without complaint. Josh and Alex were very professional and took time to answer any questions we had. All of the Tudi workers were very careful to not track dirt into our house, carefully move any necessary furniture and clean up after they had finished their work. Thanks Josh for a job well done!! We would definitely work with Tudi again.

7/3 Very efficient and knowledgeable tech. The quote and final bill agreed with each other and the tech went above and beyond to explain the unit to me. Answered additional plumbing questions as well. Will continue to use TUDI and wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to them.

8/3 Update - 30 yr old house had a small leak and who did I call - TUDI! Was there in an "emergency" time frame. It got handled thoroughly and for a very reasonable price.

I utilized the services of Tudi to replace my heating, cooling and water heater through Costco program. Their technical staff were very professional with quality of work outstanding. I installed Lennox furnace and air-conditioning systems.

Drew and Lynda were prompt, professional, and great at keeping in touch with me. The work was performed quickly and competently, with clear information provided. The price was very reasonable also. (Water leaks in the basement copper pipes needed repair, and a new main water shut-off valve was installed). Drew also checked the upstairs bathroom for possible water leaks from the bathtub and sink drains, but could find no evidence of leakage. I heartily recommend TUDI!

Friendly, fast, punctual, and clean. Everything about Tudi’s visit to clean my house’s boiler was great. They called before they were on their way, came on time, we’re friendly, used slips on their shoes to keep everything clean, and did the job in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

We have a newer furnace, less than 4 years old and the connection between the thermostat at furnace stopped working. We called Tudi to investigate and they found that to be the issue. We were quoted one price prior to individual coming and once they came and fixed they noted the diagnostic fee would be waived. However when we got the bill the diagnostic fee was included. We called to ask about and they said they were sticking with the initial quote. We asked who we were speaking with and they did not provide their information. The technician did a fine job, but the billing and customer service were very disappointing.

We have an older home and had a mini-split system installed. The salesman, Augie, was knowledgable, thorough, engaging and helpful. We have a positive history with Tudi and we had solicited two other bids. Tudi’s bid was a clear winner.

The installation team, led by Ross Shapiro was outstanding. They arrived on time and really went to work like a well-oiled machine. They were courteous, hardworking and considerate. They left everything very neatly cleaned. Ross went over the system with us upon completion.

One of our bidders had said it would take four days to complete the task. Tudi sent a 3 person crew who finished in one day. I highly recommend Tudi and commend the salesman and this crew for an outstanding job. We appreciate their professionalism.

I would highly recommend Tudi. Everyone from sales to installation was great (professional, took time to explain everything, showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards etc.). Their price was very competitive however their partnership with Costco sold it. I'm very happy with everything and will definitely use them for all of my heating & AC needs in the future.

The guys from Tudi were very professional and efficient from estimate to install. We had our aging HVAC system completely replaced and the Tudi crew was able to knock it out in one day. We've been thoroughly enjoying the new system. Thank you guys for the hard work!
