Update: our heat isn’t working! What a shocker. A almost new system, we call Tudi to make an appt and they won’t schedule us and told us to call next month. F-CL you Tudi. I will tell everyone I’ve ever met that you’re garbage. Garbage systems and garbage service.

Our system is 3.5 years old and it keeps braking down. We bought a top of the line system with variable motors and replaced the furnace and a/c and every single year when it’s time to switch to cooling or heating the system won’t work at all. 14k spent on a system that is constantly breaking down. Abs when I called this weekend to get emergency service because my child is sick and can’t sleep from the heat some d-ck named Josh let me know they’re only helping customers who pay for some special plan and we can’t sign up for their special plan until Monday. So they have times available to help but won’t. And can I speak to a manager? No. Can I speak to someone else? No. Call back on Monday.

Tudi were professional and quick from starting with the estimate process. August was detailed and quick with the estimate and did not try to oversell anything. Once I decided on them August came in for another round of measurements. The receptionist called me next day to set up install the day after. Mike was the technician who installed my system. His work was very tidy and with care to my home . He took time to answer all my questions. He wore shoe coverings without fail each time he had to come inside the home. Very satisfied with the service.

Our experience with TUDI was fabulous. We had two great installers, Mike and Bob. They installed a new high efficiency furnace and a mini-split heat pump system. This was a big job, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They were punctual, careful, and collaborative. Everything looks great and is working great. I highly recommend TUDI in general and these installers in particular.

Dan removed our old hot water tank and installed a new tankless system. Dan’s attention to detail is incredible and his work is top quality. Its nice to know the money you’re spending on a product is being installed correctly. Thank you Tudi and thank you Dan.

Mike and Angelo did a great job on installing my new AC and Furnace. They were fast and efficient and they knew the products that they were working with. They rerouted some of the exhaust and intake piping and it turned out to be a very neat and tidy installation. They cleaned up when they left.
Mike and Angelo were very professional and friendly. I have had Tudi as my heating and AC company since 2002 and I have always found all their employees to be helpful and friendly.
They will continue to be my go to HVAC and Plumbing company.

We knew we needed a new water heater installed and the technician, Drew, came out in a timely manner. The way Drew handled the situation was very professional and he very patiently answered all of our questions. In our opinion, he did very quality work and even made sure there was no mess. I would definitely recommend Drew and Tudi for plumbing services, if you would like it done right.

I have been using TUDI for years and I've never had a bad experience. When called for, they're ready to go above and beyond. They'll suggest options without a hard sell, and the work is consistently solid.

After several years of repairing my home heating system I was told they wouldn't do any work for me - accepting only preferred subscription customers. When I explained that I had never been offered such a subscription I was told "too bad". Rejecting repeat customers and never offering them a different revised pricing and service plan leaves me searching for someone new.

Had residential A/C system checked by Tudi's Service Tech today. Tech was professional, on-time, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Have used Tudi's Mechanical Systems for years for various HVAC and plumbing services and always receive consistent, high quality service every time!

Had a new Lennox AC and furnace installed from Tudi on 9/2/20. From the entire process of getting an estimate to the install - the entire team was professional, polite and efficient. The install team left the space cleaner than when they arrived. The new system works great - will definitely call Tudi again.
