Nathan and Mike were great. I’ve worked with Nate several times and each time he was very knowledgeable, professional and obviously had a strong desire to perform high quality work.

I had a very challenging and complicated installation of a whole house mini split system. Despite the challenges,Tudi was committed to ensuring that my system was perfect. Justin really went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. I can’t recommend Tudi enough, especially for larger jobs. I feel like if I would have chosen another company I wouldn’t have ended up with the results that I got from Tudi.

Was able to fit me in right away, very professional and took care to protect carpets and surrounding furniture, explained how everything worked and why he was doing what he was doing. We will be continuing to call them for both HVAC and Plumbing- both very positive and professional experiences!

Our AC stopped running, and it was due to be a 90+ degree day. With a baby and pets in the house, I placed a call to Tudi on the weekend. The tech was at my house within the hour of the call. Nate was fantastic, he was very pleasant to work with and very thorough in explaining what he found. He had our faulty part replaced and everything up and running within 30 minutes. Nate explained everything he was going to do in detail.

Drew B., a Master Plumber, at TUDI Mechanical is an excellent plumber. We have used him many times because he does excellent work and carefully explains everything he has to do beforehand. He is very efficient and effective in performing his job. We will not use any other plumber, only Drew.

TUDI technician was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He performed the annual furnace check up and changed the furnace filter and made sure the humidifier was working properly since it was used since last fall.

We had a toilet with an ongoing leaking problem for three years, and each time we had it repaired (by a different plumbing company), it would leak again in about a year. Dan discovered the problem as a small crack in the toilet trap, causing it to leak down through the floor into the basement. He replaced the toilet in a timely manner. Also, he's a nice guy! My husband and I were pleased with the service.

Tudi Mechanical installed both our furnace and air conditioner over the last eight years. Since that time they have maintained both systems. Whenever there is a problem they quickly respond. We just had our air conditioner serviced. A mouse had chewed through some wires. The technician fixed the problem at no additional charge to the normal cost of our yearly maintenance agreement. The best thing about Tudi is the stability of the company. The technicians have been with the company for years. You get to know the people, which inspires confidence and trust that the job will be done right.
