Jennifer was wonderful about scheduling the work during a date and time that worked with my schedule. She always listens when I ask her to send someone not afraid of small dogs or allergic to cats. Dave has been our regular furnace inspector for a few years. I am always glad to see him getting out of the van. Well mannered and understands about my concerns about Winston! he is such a thief! have to watch your tool belt. He takes his time answers all my questions and always cleans up after himself. Been using TUDI for years and will continue to do so.

Tudi replaced my furnace and AC. They were very professional every step of the way. Their installers, Jake and Christopher, were polite, thorough, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. I haven't had any service on my house go as smoothly as this installation. I would recommend Tudi wholeheartedly.

Drew was absolutely phenomenal. He set up our home water softner and filtration systems. His work was meticulous, clean and timely. He made the entire experience of consultation, product recommendation, scheduling and actual installation seem extremely easy, simple and effortless.

I've been working with TUDI for my business for years, and just started a residential account with them as well. They are willing to talk you through a series of smart options, and can bring their own recommendations to the table as well. They give you the space to make your own decisions. Their scheduling process is also very friendly, along with calls ahead to let you know when they are getting close. All around a very helpful service, in an industry that can easily take advantage of people.

Great experience from start to finish. We had our furnace replaced and air conditioning installed; Mark fully explained all of the options available and Ross and Lavaunghtaee made sure we understood everything they were installing and didn’t leave until everything was perfect! Would definitely use again in the future and recommend to everyone we know.

Great experience beginning to end. I left an email one evening and the next day got aa return call and had an appt set up the next business day. Mark came out and looked at our project and gave us the literature for the Mitsubishi ductless minisplit system. Before he left he gave us a no pressure quote. We wanted to get 1 other estimate as this was our second estimate but Mark left such a good impression on my wife and I that I called later that afternoon and asked him for everything in the estimate in writing. Within a hour we had an email with all the pricing info. We were nervous having workers in our home during the Covid19 time but we were assured every precaution would be taken because not only did they care for our safety but wanted to make sure their employees were safe as well. The install was set for a few days later and the project would take a week. The evening before I received a phone call asking if we minded if they installed an air purifier on our furnace and ran the fan to add an additional layer of protection for everyone inside the home. The workers were on time every day and Chris did a great job wearing his PPE while on site. They limited the employees working inside the home. Chris asked every day before he left if we had questions or concerns. He was beyond helpful. The job was completed a day ahead of schedule and the worksite was cleaned up daily. I will recommend them to anyone looking to have this system installed by Tudi and will use them for future projects when needed. By the way not only was their price better but we got an additional 2 years of labor warranty at no cost to us. Thank you Tudi

We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed in our attic. Working with TUDI was a very pleasant experience. From their prompt reply to our initial inquiry to the very reasonable estimate to the installation in a difficult space, everyone we dealt with demonstrated professionalism not often found in today's marketplace.

We were recently in need of a new complete HVAC System (Furnace and A/C) to replace our 20+ year old system. After receiving many estimates from other companies, we ultimately chose Tudi Mechanical Services. Our sales rep, Mark N., was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did not try to oversell us on expensive add-ons we did not need. He took all the appropriate measurements, entered the information into his computer analysis program and calculated the exact size replacement system we needed.

Once that was completed, he took the time to answer all of our questions that day and on subsequent follow up phone calls. Once we agreed to his proposal, he was able to schedule the replacement only 2 days after we signed the contract!

On installation day, Mike B. and Taee showed up right on time and were both also extremely professional and friendly. Not only did they work hard that day, they were very mindful that they were in our home and kept a very clean work area and cleaned up properly - both as they worked and making sure to leave it spotless when they were finished! When their work was finished, they made sure to test the whole new system, set up the thermostat and answer all the questions that we had.

Dan immediately put me at ease by listening to my concerns, responding honestly and intelligently, and taking precautions to keep my house neat and clean. He went about his work quickly, yet thoroughly, and kept me informed throughout the process. I did not feel a need to shadow him while he worked, as is typically needed for most contractors. I would definitely request him for future work and recommend him to others. (Work performed: replace faucet, replace seal on toilet canister flush valve, replace cartridge in shower temperature control dial)
