I can't say enough good things about Tudi's work in replacing my old furnace!

August came to do the initial estimation. He was very honest and straightforward, explaining all the in's and out's of their product offerings, warrantees and service plans, and helped me make an informed decision on the best unit for me, never pushing me to upgrade for features I didnt need.

Russ then came to do the installation and knocked it out of the park. He worked single handedly all day in my basement, meticulously laying plastic sheeting to keep my finished basement carpet clean while he tore out my old filthy oily 20 year old furnace. He also did alot of vent work to fit the new unit into my older house HVAC setup. He showed me how to program the thermostat and change the filters before he left and made me feel like I made a good choice. If you work with Tudi, I'd highly recommend requesting Russ to do you install!

Tudi made me feel like they had pride in doing a good job and making me happy as a customer. They worked around my schedule and even expedited my furnace replacement to the next day since I had NO heat and the weather was quickly falling into the 20s. I'd highly recommend them and plan to use them for all my heating and AC needs in the future!

Our technician was due between 12 and 4 PM, he arrived at 12:40 very timely. He was wearing a mask which at the time of this review was much appreciated (we wore masks for his safety as well.) He found the problem quickly, explained it to me completely and explained the costs. We were very happy with the service.

Lynda , The staff at TUDI was pleasant, efficient, and offered an appointment for the same day! For my convenience, I opted for an appointment early the next day. Nate, the service technician, was on time, professional, pleasant, honest and helpful in explaining to me in understandable terms so that I would know what the options were for repairing or replacing the 30-year-old air conditioning system. From sales to installation, the staff was excellent. On the coldest day of the year, Mike and Tay removed the old furnace and A/C and installed new units within eight hours. Tay was working outside in the extreme cold and was always cordial. I expected some grumbling, but none that I heard. Mike was very patient in explaining the new hi-tech thermostat to me. When they left, i had a working knowledge of the thermostat and the means to make adjustments that I wanted later. This was through the Costco program and a good deal for me..

Very satisfied with all aspects of the service. Not only did the price point work for us, but they were extremely prompt with their sales call, contract, and installation. The installation team was wonderful and professional. They put with the eccentricities of our home and were very thorough. I highly recommend Tudi.

The shower in our master bathroom was clogged, which also affected the two sinks. We called on Friday, and scheduled a service call for first thing on Monday. I was very pleased to see Dan. He has been here a number of times over the years, and has always been very professional and knowledgeable. He solved the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend TUDI due to the quality of their staff.

Tudi exceeded our expectation. All of the Tudi personnel were very pleasant to work with from the first call requesting a quotation for a replacement air conditioning system, through the quoting (reasonable price compared to others), contract finalization and installation. Before signing the sales contract Mark covered the scope of work with us. Also he took a video and included oral instructions of the equipment to be replaced for the installer to be sure that there would be no misunderstanding about the work. Mike came on time for the installation with all of the equipment knowing exactly what was to be replaced. Mike moved through the installation efficiently but was willing to stop to answer any question with a clear professional answer. After the equipment was installed he reviewed the installation that was very neat and clean with us. Then he explained how to operate it.
Tudi even registered the the warranty documentation for the equipment.

If you ever need heating repair or installation, these are the folks to call. My 22 year old furnace died on late Saturday night. The person answering their calls was compassionate and true to her word. Within less than half an hour, I was speaking with one of their technicians (John). He tried to give me multiple tips on what could possibly be causing my problem. He then showed up early Sunday morning to diagnose my problem. When we realized that spending money to repair the old furnace was not a wise choice, John had someone from their office come to the house within the hour (Mark) to look at the situation and offer options on a new furnace. Mark said that he would schedule the install for Wednesday but possibly could get me scheduled for Tuesday. Monday morning Tudi called to say we were scheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday morning, I received a call to let me know that the technician was on his way. Taee was courteous and went straight to work. He was knowledgeable and explained everything before he did it. My entire experience with Tudi was wonderful. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone. Courteous, thorough, excellent communicators, and very fair pricing. It’s obvious that Tudi employees take great pride in their work. Thank you Tudi! You have a customer for life.

Not the service I was expecting or promised when I purchased the yearly plan. The fall service was great everything was done as expected with no excuses. Spring/summer service not so much. I don't need someone to come in and fumble around and basically do nothing. Maybe hose off the condenser! I do that much for free. He changed my furnace filter because he saw MY spare sitting there, we just changed it recently. When checking the coolant in the compressor so much refrigerant escaped I wouldn't be surprised if I now have cooling issues. The insulation on the line coming in the house was in need of replacing and the answer I got was "I don't have any on my truck, I could come back if you want". Also the fall service man said during the spring/summer service they would check the A coil in the furnace plenum. I asked about that and he said they don't do that. So, for my money spent a year in advance, I definitely would rate this service as useless. Please, Tudi if I am wrong here let me know, if you stand by what I have just outlined. ...no thank you!

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable service from start to finish. Install techs were more than willing to explain their work, the system and all aspects of the install process. Lennox high-efficiency system was the way to go as it was immediately apparent after the install was complete that our old system was performing terribly. Would recommend Tudi to everyone/anyone considering a HVAC system upgrade/install/service.
