Very Pleased! Had a Trane Furnace and A/C installed to replace my original unit that had given out. I was pleasantly surprised at the quickness and availability Air Comfort Technologies (ACT) was able to offer to install a new unit versus other local contractors. I felt much more of a personal connection working with a smaller company and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent quality Trane heat pump system installed. Great customer service. Installers were professional, knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend this company.

Air Comfort is a great company. They were quick to come out and give me a estimate on installing a new natural gas furnace and central A/C. They were very friendly and gave me different options to choose from and pick what fit my budget the best. They were not pushy with a specific brand and they answered all my questions. Once I decided to use them to install my new unit they we quick to set up a appointment and had the install done quickly. They even took the time to make sure all the mess was cleaned up and make sure I knew how to work everything before they left. I would without a doubt use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

We contacted Chris from the Home Advisor website. We originally wanted new duct work because we felt the cooling wasn't adequate. Our unit was installed by another company. He found that the unit wasn't getting enough air & that the return venting was too small. After installing new return venting, the air flow was increased by at least 50%. He saved us a lot of money & time. He worked around our schedule, was very knowledgeable, professional, & personable. We plan on using his services in the future & will definatly refer him to our family & friends. Totally pleased with the service we received.

I bought my house im August, and the AC went out in September. I contacted several companies in the area, and Air Comfort Technologies was the only one to return an e-mail in a reasonable amount of time (they actually emailed me the same day, no answers from anyone else). The technician came by right on time, and was professional the entire time. Unfortunately it was going to take more money to repair the old system than it would to replace it, so the problem wasn't solved the same day. Within 1 week of the initial call however I had a new airconditioner, and a new furnace. I was unable to be at home when they came for the install, however my girlfriend said they were amazing. They wore protective covers over their boots so not to mess up the carpet, even though it's old and dingy carpet anyway.

Everyone I met was kind, and made a first time home buyers experience replacing major equipment very easy. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Update from 2 years later. My air handler started making a very odd rattling noise. I initially thought it would be a bearing that went bad, and called Air Comfort Technologies. Within 3-4 days of calling they had Chris out, and he had it fixed within a few minutes, with there apparently being paper in the system from who knows where from. I was more impressed that he remembered that my girlfriend who was going to be home worked night shift, and he didn't want to come by early in the day in fear of waking her up. The service again is second to none. Thank you guys so much.

Chris came out to our home roughly 12 hours from when I explained our AC issue to him the night before. He was quick and thorough with diagnosing the problem and getting our system up and running. He also did an exceptional job of explaining everything to me during the process.
The cost was extremly reasonable for the level of service provided. I will only be using Chris & Air Comfort for my HVAC needs in the future.

I recently had a heating issue and my heat was not working. I did check out some reviews on the internet for local businesses that could assist with fixing my heat. I chose Air Comfort Technologies as they had a lot of great reviews and I am glad I did. Not only did Chris answer my call when I called there he came out that same afternoon and fixed my heat quick and easy. He also recommended some additional work that would need to be done but did not pressure me in getting it done. I explained the problem and let me decide if I wanted to get it done. I chose to go ahead and get it done and he had the part replaced first thing the next morning. I highly recommend Chris and Air Comfort Technologies.

Excellent company to work with. We called with problems with our HVAC system and were able to work with them to get a whole new system. Chris sat with us and reviewed all options and gave honest feedback to help us decide how to proceed. New system was installed and functions excellently. We are very happy with the services provided and timelines of correspondences . Highly recommended company!
