I came home at around 4pm on Labor Day to find that my AC was not working. I called Air Comfort, and they had someone at my house within a little over an hour. Thankfully it was only a minor repair, and within an hour I had a functioning system. I signed up for a maintenance plan as a result! The gentleman (Chris?) was so professional and personable and explained everything. My HVAC unit is old and will eventually need to be replaced, and I will definitely work with Air Comfort! P.S. I am a stickler for excellent customer service and easily give them five stars!!!

Our 25 year old oil furnace decided to stop working on the first day of the Blizzard of 2016. I got online to search for a good installer. After submitting a request, Chris called me within minutes. I already had an idea of the equipment I wanted installed. Chris recommended exactly what I wanted. He came out to our home, looked at the old equipment, discussed what new equipment to purchase and gave me a price. After looking over the estimate, We accepted it then set up an install date. Chris and his crew worked very hard on removing the old equipment and installing the new. After some setup and adjustments, he had the new system running flawlessly. Thanks to Chris and his company we now have a new energy efficient Bryant "Preferred" Series oil furnace with heat pump. Chris also followed up with calls and emails asking how the system is working and if we have any questions. We will be calling Chris in the near future to replace another old heat pump system which is 19 years old with a new Bryant "Evolution" heat pump. I contacted Air Comfort Technology to get a new heating and air system. Chris and Mike came out and installed it immediately for me and I couldn’t be happier not only with the system but the service. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and Mike made sure I knew how to use it before he left. If anyone is looking for a dependable and honorable company I would highly recommend calling Air Cimfort Technology for all your ac and heating needs.

We needed a new system and wanted to change companies. Saw the great reviews and decided to give them a call. I was able to easily set up an appointment for a estimate. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and were great at explaining the many options they could provide. After comparing a few other companies we decided to choose them. We were able to get 0% financing for a heat pump instantly and within a few days they were able to install the new system. They took the time to explain everything. They have been fantastic at communication, there was no waiting all day, I was given a small window of time to expect their arrival. I even received a text message when they were on their way. The new system was affordable and has been working beautifully. We look forward to working with this company for a very long time and trust that they will keep our new system in top shape.

My husband & I had some estimates before choosing Air Comfort Technologies for our air conditioner. I did my homework for what brand we wanted & type. Chris took the time to answer all our questions. Chris and his coworker were great! They both did a great job replacing our furnace and AC unit. They showed up right on time which I really appreciated. They also treated our house with a ton of respect (wore booties and put a cloth tarp down). Chris explained everything thoroughly for us to make the smartest decision regarding replacing or fixing. Amazing people to work with! I recently had a new Trane heating system installed in my home Chris, Mike and I believe Ann were very professional and always on time. They also kept me well informed about the install. They did a great job and went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. I would highly recommend.
