Service tech Chris was polite and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a clogged condensation trap and cleaning it solved the problem.
This firm was recommended by my daughter and son-in-law who last year had two worn out exterior compressor units replaced that had reached the end of their service life. My kids felt the replacement prices quoted were reasonable and the work was done promptly.
