My husband and I had an estimate done with Chris for a replacement system and we still have not received the estimate over a week later. I’ve reached out to the office numerous times and I keep being told Chris will send it and he never does. If their communication and efforts are this poor before even placing a new system in, I don’t think this company will be reliable or trustworthy.

I sought multiple quotes to replace my furnace and AC unit, Air Comfort Technologies was quick to respond to my website inquiry and scheduled a time to give an estimate. Chris explained the difference between the various HVAC systems and provided detailed information and pricing on the different configurations. Ann in the office was great in scheduling an install date and financing options. Chris and his installers were punctual and I received texts when they were on their way. They did a fantastic job removing the old equipment and installing the new, putting down floor runners to protect the floor and minimize any mess. They cleaned up the work area inside and out and left with no sign they were there with the exception of our new Trane furnace and air conditioner. I personally like to use businesses that the owner is directly involved, Chris is that type of owner, cares about the quality of the product installed and the craftsmanship of the installation. I have not a single thing to complain of and feel comfortable recommending Air Comfort Technologies for any HVAC service or installation.

Update:
Air conditioning wouldn't come on, contacted Air Comfort Technology for service, received quick response for appointment scheduling, Chris arrived within the appointment window with text messages prior to arrival. Quick diagnosis of the problem and fast repair (warranty part, not craftsmanship). All service companies should be as nice to deal with. Excellent!

Awesome company to deal with. We have a big, old house (think wood floors and plaster and lath walls), so ductless mini-splits were the best/only option. We had to do two outside units to pair with the numerous wall units. Prior to installation, gas and electric bills combined were about 600 to 900 a month (depending on season). After installing these, the combined bill is under 400 a month.

Yes, we paid about 18,000 for our system, but saving 200-500 a month will pay for the system pretty quickly and the house is cooler or warmer.

Website easy to navigate. We had the owners came over and he did excellent work. He even found somethings builder didn't install correctly. Chris took his time and had a great conversation with me and my family. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Ann does a great job in the office handling all my needs. Always great customer service! I’ve been using Air Comfort for years and they’ve installed 2 HVAC systems in my homes. They do a fantastic job. They perform excellent work at a reasonable price. Kudos to Chris Ostrander and staff! I highly recommend.

I am rating this company only 3 stars for the lack of full customer service. As far as the company coming and showing up to do the job on time was great. But a few things were not of my liking which was a cap missing on the pipe of the furnace. I was not sure if was a reason it was left off or they just did not have the piece that belong on this pipe. Either way this pipe was left open to the air in which dust and dirt could fall into and I would not know how to clean it. We also had a face plate which was put on our thermostat in which was not needed at all since our last thermostat was the same size. The face plate is a eyesore for me since my wall is not white and sticks out like a sore thumb when walking pass it. We have contacted Chris to see if the face plate can come off and that the pipe be replaced with an elbow fitting or an end cap to close the opening. Chris said it was no problem and would have someone come to fix. When the day arrived the man called and canceled and said he would return next week on a Friday. When Thursday came they called again and said it would be Saturday instead of Friday. So we waited again for Saturday and canceling our plans to make sure someone was home. As the time came for him to show up on Saturday he had called once again 25 mins late and canceled. By this time I had enough of rearranging my schedule to try and fit the need of someone who never showed up to do a 5 min fix. Also I am still waiting on a cover for my AC unit and that has been over 2 weeks. Furnace runs great and I am very thankful for that, but it seems like after the money was received that was all that we would get. I just expected a full job to be done right for the amount of money that had to be spent.
