1st Class Service! Had no air Friday before a busy hot holiday weekend. Every place I called would not help, they were too busy. I called Chris at Comfort Technologies and I asked if they could Service same day and he said, we have a full day but can be there by 6pm. True to his word, showed up at 6pm with our house at 87 degrees inside! He diagnosed the problem and made the correction promptly with friendly and professional service. 1 hour later our temperature started going in the right direction! And a fair price for his service! Says a lot when a company goes the extra mile to help a customer in need! Highly recommend!

Honest, professional while providing quality work. We recommend Chris and this company for all your HVAC needs. Our A/C went out in August. Chris did an assessment of our home including current air flow issues. He recommended a full system replacement and our home now cools better than ever.

I had a new furnace and AC installed last fall after many estimates from other companies. My experience with Air Comfort Technologies was excellent. The outdoor AC unit needed to be moved because it was on a hill. They were willing to relocate the AC to my patio. They removed all of the old pipes, wires, and caulked the opening. The new outdoor work is aesthetically pleasing, all of the tubing is covered with a white conduit AC line cover. Everything was caulked to ensure an insect and water-proof seal. When he did the install, he adjusted the blower speed and now I can actually feel air coming out of the vents into the room.

The Trane system that was installed is running much more efficiently than my old unit (as expected). I turned the AC on for the first time last week and I didn't know what I was missing out on until now!

During the last cold snap, our furnace would not ignite and we had no heat. I googled HVAC companies in York and Air Comfort was the one company that was available on a weekend....24 hours a day. I called and spoke to Chris, the owner. He asked me questions, made suggestions and assured me he would help us. The next morning, Chris called to tell me he made some schedule changes in order to take care of our heating problem. He came, explained the problem and gave us options. We decided what we wanted to do, he ordered the part and installed it as soon as he received it. Chris and his assistant were prompt, friendly, and competent. I appreciate how they helped us!

Mike was very professional on installing my new furnace with the help of Chris who was also very professional. I would recommend both for anyone's needs when it comes to Air conditioning or heating. Also Ann from the office in York makes you feel right at home and part of the family. A good company to do business with. I highly recommend this company.

First I am not real accustomed to either writing reviews and have even less experience with dealing with HVAC contractors. I am a recent retiree and placed updating my HVAC as part of my plan as I intend to remain in my some odd 50 year old raised ranch style hone in Shrewsbury. I had interviewed 3 contractors in the area and came upon Air Comfort Technologies late in my search. I was lucky enough to have Chris Ostrander come out and provide me with an initial estimate and overview-everything was explained completely and all proposals were detailed promptly-in both paper and email services. I had a few questions as I zeroed in on the Platinum version of a Trane model installation. Chris answered each and every one of my questions promptly and made my decision easy at the end of about 9-10 separate possibilities for me among the various contractors and units proposed. My concern then shifted to hoping that I got a quality installation and was happy that I actually had Chris O and Gideon complete the installation. Everyone arrives promptly on time as Ann provides a “blow by blow” account as Gideon is en route. WOW. The installation goes exactly as described for the costs outlined in the original estimate and the modern blue tooth based thermostats are installed and explained to all here clearly. In the end I would suggest that anyone considering their own HVAC project include at least speaking with Air Comfort Technologies as a part of their proposals-that would be part of a good plan !

Chris was referred to me as being honest, efficient, highly competent and with quick response. And so it was. I contacted Chris via text message after 6pm. He answered my text within minutes and he showed up the very next day at 8am and serviced my central air conditioner. The unit was running before 9am. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I highly recommend him. That's why I rated 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️He wore shoe sleeves protecting my floors as well before he walked into my home. I really highly recommend this company😀

Highly recommend this company to anyone. Chris gave me a quote, we got the financing, and Chris gave me a start date and how long it would take to put the ductless units in. He kept to his word, great working ethics. Thank you Chris for the awesome job you have done.. and I love my units.

I called ACT to come out because our furnace wasn't working. Gideon was at our door within 45 minutes of my call. He was very polite and professional. While our furnace needs a little more work than we would have liked I am 100% pleased with their service. The woman who answered the call was very professional as well. We will be using them for all of our HVAC needs from here on out.

Its a Sunday night, after 8pm and our AC unit goes out. I call our normal repair service and they want $300 just to show up at this hour so we tell them we can wait until the next day. At 9am I get a call telling me they dont service our area any more and good luck. I called four service companies based on customer reviews of 4.5+ stars out of 5 and 50+ reviews. Two wont come to my area and two were going to take a day or two to get here. Called Air Comfort and they told me they could squeeze me in between 2pm - 4pm. The conformation email changed that to between 1pm - 3pm and they arrived around 12 noon. The technician not only fixed my problem but ran a quick check to see if there were any other problems. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me a military discount on my bill as well. Air Comfort will definitely be the first I call next time I need heating / AC help. Superior service, quick response time, professional demeanor. What else can you ask for.
