I highly recommend Elizabethtown Heating & Cooling, Inc. The service is very professional and provide quality service. I believe in supporting local business and this company provide great service. I highly recommend them. The owner is great and his staff. I called them on a Monday morning with a problem with my heat pump and shortly after received a call back from the owner and he was out and addressed the issue and had my heat back up and running in no time. I encourage anyone in need of service for their heating or air conditioning to call them. A very excellent experience. Thanks again.

We had quite a scare when our cat got trapped in an A/C vent in our house. It was after hours, and we called Elizabethtown Heating and Cooling for help. Andy was at our house within 20 minutes and knew exactly what to do. In no time, he had our cat out safely with no damage to our A/C system. We appreciate his professionalism, friendliness, fast response, and very reasonable rates. We highly recommend Andy and Elizabethtown Heating and Cooling!

I have had a contract with Elizabethtown Heating & Cooling for 6 years and have always been pleased with the service. Today, my air conditioner starting blowing warm air. I made a call, and Andy was here in 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part. I couldn't have been happier to feel cold air coming through the ducts! Thank you for the excellent service. Oh, Andy took the time to pet my cats Button and Zachary. :)

Called them after asking for recommendations on Facebook. Had read reviews and saw a negative that gave me concern. My heat stopped working and the guy I called this past summer to fix the air said he wasn't available anytime soon. Anyway, Andy came out 2 hours after I called. He found that the guy I previously hired left the ignition wire disconnected, wiring a mess, and the off brand motor I just replaced was burnt out. Called the guy who warranted it and no answer. Ended up paying Andy the same amount I paid the other guy six months ago(even with a "discount" because I know that guy's apprentice) for the proper motor installed and prompt service. Ignore the negative review and just call these guys. I will be calling them for all future hvac needs. Thanks Andy!!

So much better experience here than another HVAC service place. The "other place" said that they ALWAYS did upfront pricing, they didn't - but the "other place" sure sent a high bill in the mail for them coming out and doing nothing but shutting my furnace down. EH&C however was a great experience all around. I email them some photos/info. Ashley Snyder (the office mgr) replied next business day, very prompt & informative. She sent out Andy (the owner) and he took care of a complete cleaning & restart of my furnace for $99. Unheard of, I can't even send my installers out for that little. Great experience, Absolutely using them again soon for anything HVAC at my house. These guys are LOCAL and ROCKING customer service.

Fantastic experience all around. The owner himself showed up as the technician to our new home and took the time to explain everything in laymans terms and clearly had a deep knowledge and understanding of many, many things. Truly a subject matter expert all around.

Furthermore, we were not overcharged and the experience overall led us to signing a service contract, which has been nothing short of outstanding as well.

Cannot recommend more highly.

Unfortunately, as a past loyal customer, this will be the last time I use Etown for our heating and cooling needs. After scheduling a preventative maintenance call, Tyler, our technician arrived. He was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and diagnosed a “problem” without being able to communicate cost, service needed, etc. We were told he would have to come back and that he would call with details. He said it could cost roughly $400-$500. He was at our house for approximately 20 minutes at which point he replaced a filter. After several days, we still had not heard. We called his cell phone (voicemail full) and the company. We were told he was scheduled to come out for a service call on Saturday. We cancelled indicating that we were still unclear what the issue was. In the meantime, we call Haller, another local company. What a different experience. Customer Service to the maximum. He was able to identify a simple efficiency issue, had the part on site, fixed it, and actually serviced our unit. The cost of all of that was HALF of what Tyler “quoted.” We then received a bill from Etown charging us for a full maintenance call (never done) and a restocking fee for a part. I called to rectify the bill and was told “you have to pay something.” This is the kind of “professionalism” and “service” you will get from Etown. I’m so disappointed and hope this review encourages you to support one of the other local and more reputable HVAC companies in the area.
