I put in a request on home advisor to have my air conditioning unit replaced. Chris promptly answered my request after submitting my information. He came to my home and provided a free estimate and reviewed my options with me. Without making me feel obligated to one choice, Chris provided me with multiple options to suit any budget. He was patient and thorough. I chose the unit that fit my family best, and Chris reassured me I had made a good decision regarding the investment and return I would get from choosing a unit of higher efficiency. My new unit was installed without issue and it looks great. I am confident I made the best decision choosing air comfort! I will definitely refer this company to my friends and family. You won't be disappointed either!!

We received a call the morning of letting us know what time our technician would arrive, as well as a text message. Our technician was on time, professional and friendly. He answered all our questions and looked at all of our concerns. We had a great experience.

We are very pleased with our new split unit A/C in our master bedroom.
Chris was very good to work with and was always on time and very professional. The installation was a bit challenging due to height of 3rd floor and attic but Chris went above and beyond in making sure it was all done perfectly. Also Anne, the Office Manager was great in getting back to me and keeping me updated. Would highly recommend this company!

These guys are the real deal. They were completely professional from start to finish. One of the first things my wife said when they came out to assess what was wrong with our air conditioning unit was that Mike, an Air Comfort Technologies technician, both greeted and left my wife with a handshake. That's old school sincerity and courtesy at it's best. Likewise, I was very impressed with Christ Ostrander, Jr., owner of Air Comfort Technologies. Chris worked with me every step of the way. He made himself available to answer all of my questions via phone and text. He was extremely professional when presenting various estimates for a new air conditioning unit and furnace and was completely honest with me when it came to what would best suit my wallet and home. I could immediately tell that he was integral and not looking to take advantage of me or my situation. To top it off, he bailed my family out by charging my air conditioning unit with an emergency charge to carry us through a very hot week until he could replace my air unit. He did this out of courtesy and was a great blessing to us. When it came time to install the new air unit and furnace, my wife remained exceedingly impressed with their professionalism and diligence. They worked hard all throughout the day and completed the job. I highly recommend Chris and Air Comfort Technologies. They are now our air and heating people of choice!

Air Comfort Technologies was beyond excellent. They were superb! They came the day after I called, reviewed the situation, sent me a proposal that day! When I couldn’t afford any of them, I
let them know, they came up with a system that would work for my budget and my home. They changed out the system on Labor Day Weekend, with no one complaining about working on a holiday. They appeared happy to be there, were very pleasant and kind. They do what they say they will, in the best possible way. I would recommend them to everybody! They are the BEST!!!

Air Comfort Technologies installed a mini split ductless system in three rooms of our home. Chris and the crew installed the system in two days and we love the new system. It is so much better than our old ducted unit and really heats up the rooms quickly. I think this was a great investment which will pay off over the years.

Great company and employees, really cannot say enough good things about them! I called Air Comfort for a (second) estimate to replace my heat pump. Ann answered the phone promptly, understood our situation and promptly scheduled Chris to come out and look at things. Chris arrived on time, looked at our old system and the service paperwork and estimate from the first company. He completed the estimate while in our home, and sat and reviewed the pros and cons of each option. Install was scheduled 2 days later for 8 am. Weather was calling for 3 inches of snow the night before the install and I was worried they'd reschedule. Ann called and confirmed the night before and said that they would be out, and would let me know if they'd be late. Morning of install, Jason (I hope that's his name) arrived a few minutes early and got straight to work. The rest of the team arrived a few hours later and they knocked out the heat pump and air handler replacement by 3pm. Jason and Chris were courteous, professional, and did an awesome job. Our new Trane systems is running great and we're so happy to have working heat again! Will absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work.

Chris did a great job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. He was very friendly and polite. He made sure all packaging materials were cleaned up and the old units were hauled away the same day. He made sure I knew how to work the new thermostat and explained how to change the filters. I am very happy with the service we received from Chris.
