Fred and his sons were very kind and professional in the removal and installing a new furnace and central A/C unit. I was extremely pleased with not only their work but the pricing.

Excellent installation and service. You deal directly with Fred the owner who doesn't try to upsell you on system you don't need. His sons Tom and Joe did a great job on the installation and are polite and friendly.

I was in need of a new furnace and ac. My unit quit in the heat wave. I called cool masters and they ordered a new unit for me . The unit arrived in 3 days and was installed in a few hours. They were very efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again in a heart beat.

My A/C was not as cold and then I found the outside unit was not running. I called for maintenance. Fred scheduled the next day he took care of the issue and its cooling great again. I was very happy with his answering service, quick response and Fred's customer service.

I really can't give a review for their workmanship since they NEVER SHOWED UP!!! They were supposed to be here between 12 noon and 5PM today for routine air conditioning service. How about a telephone call telling me you can't make it. If I ran my business this way I would be ashamed for doing this to a potential customer. Stayed home all afternoon waiting. Fred was absolutely wonderful. Our AC broke down on a 90° day and he was here within 20 minutes of us calling. He replaced a part and had the issue fixed quickly for a very reasonable rate. I can’t recommend them enough for your HVAC needs.

A trustworthy electrician recommended them, and I'm very glad he did! They fit us in earlier than expected which was very nice.. and these guys installed a new ac unit in only a few hours, pretty impressive. The pricing was lower than other estimates... I'd recommend them to anyone.

If you're mentally disabled like I am, Fred Holder the owner, will be very patient with you. I have brain damage and have trouble talking and understanding things and Fred has always been very patient and courteous to me. He will often answer his phone right away too when you call if you've got questions about the repair or installation he did.
