Cool Masters is very professional and thorough. They respect you and your house. They do not try to sell services that are not needed. They try to find the most economical way for you to get exactly what you need and they do not push for more than you need. They are courteous. They return calls and make visits within the same day. We are very happy to have used Cool Masters. We would recommend Cool Masters to anyone if you want top notch service and quality.

Called Cool Masters at 8AM this morning re furnace not heating and Fred Holder(Owner) was at my house approx 2 hours later. Fred quickly diagnosed problem & and replaced a pressure switch on my Trane XR90 furnace restoring furnaces operation. Cool Masters offers exceptional HVAC service that is second to none!!

Fred and his crew are great! I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and punctuality. They are always quick to respond and they truly act as if my home and our comfort is their top priority! They are honest with their pricing and offer multiple suggestions. Over the years we have had them install a furnace, a hot water heater and now today, they are installing a new central air unit. I’m always grateful for them. I love helping local businesses too.

Customer service is very nice and pleasant, unfortunately, the lines of communication between the customer service rep and the technicians is poor. I called in to have someone come out to my house for an issue with my furnace, and the technician said he would be out to my location in the evening (after 5pm). I never heard back from the technician for an update, or anything, so I called Cool Masters to see if I could get an ETA on when the tech would be out to my location. The technician proceeds to tell me that they're backed up and he won't be able to make it to my house. He said I could try to call back in the morning to see if they could come out, but it wouldn't be until the evening, and even then he most likely wouldn't make it out to my area (his actual words!). I would have been a first time customer, but the lack of professionalism and customer care saved me further disappointment.

I call Cool Masters for a 2nd opinion regarding my furnace. I was told by another Co. that my heat exchanger was bad and I needed a new furnace. (BIG BUCKS)
I called Cool Masters and they came out very quickly and checked my furnace with top of the art equipment and told me the furnace was ok.
They even gave me a print out of the test.
Very trust worthy people.

They were to repair and replace my furnace
3 yrs after I had an issue starting it up for the yr. When my son-in-law looked at it and found the solution but also found out they set up a new furnace on rotten wood, also my roof now leaks BC they did not go up on the roof. Thanks to LEHEAP for having this help but don't use this firm again

Unless you are evidently wealthy, do not expect good service, or any service, for that matter, from this company. Very poor communication and when there is, its only to get reassurance that payment will be made. Was told they would be here in the afternoon of the following day I talked to him. No show, no call. When I called again, no response. Went elsewhere and had it fixed quickly and, I suspect, much cheaper. Go elsewhere for your HVAC needs!

Fred Holder and the people who work with him are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. We have had work done at several properties and they always do a great job without ever overcharing.we wouldn't hire any other company.

Quick and efficient service. Came to service our furnace in less than 24 hours after we called to report our furnace shut off. Quickly determined problem, a bird in the chimney pipe.

The 2 men that serviced my furnace were very nice and fixed my issue in about an hour. I highly recommend them!
