Action Air Conditioning & Heating

I think Action air conditioning and heating are dishonest company also. They overcharge the customers. Ben came to my house and just opened the furnace, then said the furnace must be replaced. He never tried to repair it. The price he gave to us was more than double than other company. Please don’t use this company, they will waste your money and time.

Manny From Action Heating and Air did a wonderful job of trouble shooting a simple problem with our unit and It saved us a lot of money in repairs. Thank you for being so honest Manny. Great way to build a loyal customer base.

Action air went out to a rental property I own . Tennant called in a panic the heat wasn't working and it was 30 degrees in the home. They arrived in time to save my pipes from bursting. Found that the indoor air handler had burnt the blower control board replaced it for 495.00 .Thanks Action air and heat you are a pipe saver. Recommend you to everyone.

I wish I could do less than 1 star on the rating. Had a new heat pump installed by this company. The worker was late. He left a big hole in my wall and did not clean up after he completed the work. I called the company to complain. The manager did not want to listen to my complaint and just forwarded my call to the person that did the work, he than told me he had done the job correctly. In my opinion the workers are not well trained and lazy, and the management does not hold its workers accountable.

Today I had Joe D from Action air at a condo I rent out in steamboat station south hampton pa because my tenants heat went out last night being as hot air rises she woke up to a 55degree house i called action around 8:30am the tech arrived at 8:55am it was around 10 mins later that the heat was back up and running. Once Joe got it running he stayed another 20 minutes cleaning and going over unit due to the fact that a little over 20 years old and although i have maintnences every couple years my tenant doesnt keep up with the filters + its in a laundry room and joe explained the lint will cause parts to go bad and the fact that 80% of the registers were completely covered was more than likely combined with a horrandess filter why my high limit went bad they're not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I've dealt with many companies and they're prices are more then competetive unless your talking about a fly by night or 1 man band in which case they tell you see you next week thanks Joe very professional and I'm sorry you had to work in that place. I thought I was buying a heater during holiday season instead a couple hundred and tips on preventing future problems thanks again you guys are and always be my hvac team!

I was between a rock and a hard place. I'm in the same field so 99% of the time I can fix my own problems but not this time! I replaced everything circuit boards motors... you name! And still nothing :(((... It was clear at that point that something was seriously wrong with my system so I finally broke down and called ACTION HVAC. They were great! Even though I'm kicking myself for not realizing what the problem was they were VERY friendly and REASONABLY PRICED! My problem was solved quickly and my system has been operating perfectly ever since. THANK YOU ACTION! You saved the day!!!!

Ben was prompt, courteous, and accessed the needs of our heater, which was acting temperamental. We called the night before and was given a time window. We were glad to have the issue as well as annual maintenance addressed in one visit.

I Spoke with Manny from Action Air Coditioning & Heating.. He was able to help me trouble shoot my oil boiler even though this particular company doesn’t deal directly with oil boilers. Very knowledgeable And helpful..

Responded to calls and text messages right away. Was always on time. Installed a new condenser, air handler, duct repairs, and a new wifi thermostat. Very professional job..

was told my condenser and evaporator coil needed to be replaced. coils clogged but never removed a cover. Very pushy to sell me $6,000 replacement units. Called another company and paid $239 for a capacitor that broke which prevented unit from coming on.
