Action Air Conditioning & Heating

Purchased a new furnace for $6250 from Action Heating and Cooling. When I called to ask why the furnace stopped working shortly after it was installed, the female who answered the phone was extremely rude. She sounded as if she just walked out of a trailer park. I was given conflicting information as to why a new furnace installed by Action stopped working.

Though I did have a 10 year warranty, I was told by an Action tech it would cost another $2250 to fix.

Stay away from this company. They are deceitful and they are thieves. Caution: They will drain your bank account.

Wishes there was a zero star option.

It was Sunday, heating problem on 2nd floor. Action did a bunch of diagnostics and changed only a tiny flame sensor, I was charged $500+ for less than 1 hour work (diagnosis included) !!!

I was then encouraged to buy their service contract, I agree we do need to buy service contract in case of further problems, but not from Action!

Quick service and nice guy came out, but that is really not worth that much of money!

We woke up one morning and the hot water heater was leaking and we had no hot water, we called Action and they came out right away. Put in a new hot water heater and we had hot water again. Then we noticed that one of the pipes was leaking we called them again and they came right out and the crack in the pipe and we were good to go once again. when we went to put on our AC we noticed that it wasn't getting cold in the house and once again we called Action and they came right out to see what was wrong with the AC it turns out that we needed a new AC Unit. We are very pleased with Action's quick response to the problems which we are having and we will always call on Action Heating & AC to do all of our work for us. Cause when you need something big done Action is always there and they are fast to get here.

Action air conditioning and heating are the worst dishonest company , they charged me 7,800.00 for an air unit less than 2 years ago.
People beware problems with unit and then called again Ben came out to look at it said it was shot needed new one he said a rock hit it , wen in reality a screw driver was punctured through it. . Why would I p incur my own air conditioning unit. Total scum. Filing complaints everywhere until this is resolved. Not going away Ben or Manny.

Ben came and gave an estimate for a new heater- he said he was going to take $500 off due to a very small dent in the left hand side of the new heater. They showed up 2 hours late (said he overslept) the heater is all dented. After 4 days NEW HEATER still not working- have spent 3 days waiting for them to always show up late- sent another company today who said "he always has to fix their mistakes" Called Ben 4x over the last 2 days- still HAS NOT CALLED BACK!!!! STILL NO HEAT JUST AGGRAVATION. Do yourself a favor and NEVER CALL THEM- YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!

I recently had the opportunity to procure the services of this company to replace my air/and heating system. Ben, one of the representatives from Action Air, was thorough in his explanation of what was going to be entailed in the job. I was excited to hear of the incentives, which made the deal even more attractive. The agreement was signed on Friday and Saturday morning Mike and his crew arrived on time; actually, they were early, which was excellent.

The workmen were proficient and professional and cute, I might add. My system was installed without incident. Mike instructed me on how to program the new thermostat. I was searching the internet for the best HVAC service and I came across a few different companies that looked trusted. Having good experience with Angies list I saw that Action Heating & Air Conditioning was an Angies list award winner multiple years in a row and decided to call them for a quote. Our Sales Rep Benny was extremely knowledgable, experienced, and friendly, and gave me a very fair price when compared to my other quotes. When it came down to making a decision We Chose Action and we had such a great experience. I would would recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, fair priced, trusted professionals.

I have been using Action for a number of years for heating and air service. The technicians arrive promptly, describe everything they are doing in detail, and are pleasant and polite. I have never had a bad experience with an Action tech.

While visiting my brother in law for the holidays in Yardley Pa. , when at 5:30 in the morning the heater stopped working , so he called a local company to come out and fix his heater. with in a 1/2 hr the mechanic Chris showed up at his door from Action Air ,he figured out the problem with in a couple of minutes and said the safety switch was being tripped . He looked at the rest of the system and said it was only a dirty filter,my brother in law was very happy that the mechanic was honest and that it didn't cost alot.THANK YOU CHRIS AND ACTION FOR YOUR PROMPT RESPONSE AND SERVICE ,I WI'LL ALWAYS BE GREATFUL FOR THE HEAT WE GOT WHILE UP NORTH,WE NEEDED IT. .And my brother in law Eric will definitely use you for all his needs. ..

I am very impressed with Manny. Knowledge,caring,kind and clean. Manny was at my home 11.17.18 for my heater. If all ACTION employees are like Manny, ACTION will have many repeat customers. I will be using ACTION again for my air conditioner. I will be requesting Manny. Thanks again, Wendy Johnson
