    I called Action because their sticker was on the HVAC system in the home we purchased 4 years ago. The inside blower stopped working the night before but the outside blower was working. I called them in the morning and they were abrupt on the phone but willing to come out in a heat wave so I was thankful. When the technician arrived, he went downstairs, took the front cover off, looked inside for a couple minutes, talked about how it was an old system (15 years old), put the cover back on and went back upstairs. At the point, he proceeded to tell me that we could replace the inside blower for just over 4k or do a whole system (not including ducts) for $6300. He then charged me $125 for the 10 minutes he was in the home, NOT running any diagnostics or even looking at the outside blower, told me I had until 12pm to let the office know if we wanted a new system installed that day and left.
    I then called a Lansdale HVAC company who sent a tech out a couple hours later who ran diagnostics on both blowers, found out it was the motor, replaced it while there and had our system up and running. Not to mention, put aside the cost of the motor, their service call was $85 not $125 and before he did the motor, he was in the house running diagnostics for triple the time Action was.
    Save your money - do your research - see who offers your the best labor warranties, etc. for installs and has the best OVERALL reviews before making the call.
    I would never call Action again. I wouldn't even give the one star but you have to in order to post.

    Extreme negligence, no accountability, and condescending employees at almost every touch point. The most professionalism came from their lawyers when they sent me a letter after I contacted them about my problems with their services. I could go on about how Action Air Conditioning & Heating put the wrong refrigerant in my system or how I was told they were too busy to troubleshoot the leak in my system that they installed, but it’s all in everyone else’s reviews. Don’t call Action Air Conditioning & Heating to troubleshoot and fix your system. They WILL tell you it needs to be replaced. You’ll ask why it can’t be fixed instead of replaced. They will tell you that sometimes they just don’t last that long. I’m on my 3rd full system in less than 12 years. So when they offered me $1500 as a resolution and to not leave a review, I passed. I know the power of online reviews and I do not take writing this lightly. Save yourself time, money, and stress — spend your money with a different company.

    Action came out, a man named Manny was here and was very prompt and curtious. He fixed my air conditioning unit that a previous technician from another company had said could not be fixed due to something with the gas it runs off of. But Manny found that it was a small electrical component I believe the part was called the run capacitor and was able to fix it. My house was cooled down within 2 hours, it dropped 6 degrees. $385 later I have air. Where the previous company told me that wasn’t possible unless I spent $7000. Would highly recommend them!

    I had Horizon come out, Action was half the price. Very helpful and we'll trained. My family's been using them for years and never have had any of these issues.
    The real issue is that when people review it seems to only be the negative because the persons pissed off and of course leaves a bad review. A happy customer will never go out of there way it seems, because they're happy, what's the point.
    Use action, trust worthy for years to come.

    Last year switched to propane heater unit and Action was not the cheapest but came in with a fair price.They did an awesome and very neet job.Got a call from them to schedule maintenance.Action came out today for my one year maintenance check up.On time and friendly.Thanks Action Had Sean from Action out for maintenance today,he called 20 min. ahead of his on time appt.He was very knowledgeable and thorough.Thanks again

    Action air installed a new heater about 5 years ago. They have come out to conduct annual maintenance for the warranty. I received a letter saying they are under new ownership. I have not been able to schedule annual maintenance service . I called twice and left messages and no call back. I called and spoke with a technician who stated that someone would call back that never happened. That gets no stars bit I have to give one to post.

    I came home after work and I noticed a big puddle by the water heater. I immediately called Action because I had such a great experience with them before. They were able to get someone out to my home that same day. Unfortunately the water heater had to be replaced, but they were speedy and able to get the job done within a few hours and the price was reasonable.

    Manny was very knowledgeable and did a great job getting our house warmed up!! He made sure everything was working properly and was up to snuff before leaving. Will definitely use again and would definitely recommend.

    Sean came out and was very professional and fixed my heater within 5 minutes. It was only $385.
    I wanted to get it replaced but he said that it was spotless and running great! To top it off he said I should get at least another 5 years out of it.
