Kowalski team was fantastic to work with for my plumbing emergency. Messaged the owner Jason early one morning, Amy from the office called me by mid-morning and the plumbing team was on-site by 2pm. I had water leaking from multiple faucets and they quickly diagnosed the issue as my Water heater expansion tank, replaced it, and problem fixed. Their quick response and service was phenomenal and could not recommend Jason (owner) and his team enough!

We recently had the Kowalski crew back to our house to replace our Furnace and AC unit. Jason gave us all of the information to make an informed decision. They scheduled to do the work a few days later and everything was done smoothly. Steve came out and did the install and was great.

I was extremely pleased from start to finish with Kowalski Heating-Cooling- Plumbing. I had several companies come out to give me a proposal to replace and upgrade our existing Furnace and AC. Jason Kowalski (Owner) came out personally and was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain all of my questions. He was able to put together a competitive proposal based on our needs and budget.

Since our AC was low on refrigerant, he sent out a technician to give us a courtesy charge to get our old AC keeping us cool until the installation date. The technician who came out as well as both of the gentlemen who did the installation were professional, courteous and again went out of their way to answer all my questions and explain anything throughout the process.

I would highly recommend Kowalski if you are looking to have any HVAC work done and at least consider them for a quote. Jill who works the front end of the office was wonderful to assist with scheduling and also answering our questions. I felt confident we had made the right choice and couldn't be happier with our new furnace and AC! Again, I would highly recommend Kowalski for any of your heating, cooling or plumbing needs.

Was looking to remodel our living room and need to have a return vent relocated. Kowalski came out and spent ample time explaining each possible option in detail and the pros and cons of each in an extremely honest manner.

In a world with skyrocketing prices and lower margins, it's rare to find someone who still values customer service vs profit only, highly recommend Kowalski Heating & Cooling!

I normally do not write reviews unless I have had a bad experience with a particular vendor. I cannot say enough good things about this company. My AC unit stopped working on a Saturday night. I filled out an online service request and almost immediately the owner responded. He made arrangements for his office manager to call me on Monday morning. At 8:30 a.m. she called me and had already lined someone up to come out that afternoon.

The tech arrived on time (Steve) and he could have not been more professional (plus my dog loved him). Within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and took me through the repair plan. In under two hours he replaced the faulty part, leak tested my system and recharged it! Their pricing was more than reasonable and so far the unit is working great!

I would definitely give these guys a call first! It is very rare these days to find a responsible contractor and find one like this that goes above and beyond is awesome.

We spent 2 years trying to find a company to replace 2 furnaces and install air conditioning in our 150 year old Historical Victorian Home. After a few shoddy repairs and getting ghosted, and down to one limping furnace, we had all but given up on finding anyone to do this job. We found Kowalski Heating and not only did they take on the job, but their level of professionalism was over the top. From the very first call through the completed job. Jason, Amy, Jill and the team that worked at our home were excellent. We were so impressed with how much respect they showed this house. Without respect for the integrity of past architecture intricacies it can be a troublesome job, the team showed enthusiasm for the complexities of an old home and were obviously knowledgeable. The quoted proposal Jason gave us was exactly what we paid. There were no surprises, or add on cost for anything “unexpected”. We were always treated with respect no matter how many questions we had. If we could give them 10 stars we would. While we would recommend this company for any of their services, we highly recommend them for any historical buildings or homes. Clean up after the job was spot on too. And the best part is our home is perfectly consistent in the temperature and comfort. Thank you Jason and team for showing us there are reliable and honest people who care about the quality of their work and the customers they take care of.

I called on one of the hottest days of the year regarding my A/C not blowing cold air. Someone was at my house in less than 2 hours to fix the unit. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

We had several quotes, and Jason was the most professional and responsive of them all. He was very responsive to our questions, and his team did a great job with installation. They were on time, extremely mindful of being clean when inside the house, and had both a new a/c unit and furnace installed in a few hours. We couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend!!

Gas Company replaced my meter today, when they went to turn my furnace back on it did not start back up. I called Kowalski Heating & Colling about 12:30 PM, Amy was very prompt and courteous returning my call. Steve, the technician, was here before 3 PM, found the problem, and fixed it promptly. Very professional and pleasant. I would high recommend Kowalski Heating & Cooling!

I had the pleasure of working with Kowalski heating and cooling in December of 2017. My heat pump was failing, and I wanted to switch to natural gas to heat my home. I also decided to get a new air conditioner as well. Jason and his team were very knowledgeable, on time, courteous, and very interested in making sure I was satisfied. Jason and his team performed the work exactly as described. I had multiple companies come to my home for estimates, and Kowalski was the most professional, quick to respond, and was competitively priced. I highly recommend Kowalski to anyone looking for a similar experience in their heating and cooling needs.
