Kowalski Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

As always excellent service. My furnace quit working and I called-had a quick callback and scheduling of service visit. They were prompt courteous and efficient. He went over the problem and repair as well as cost. I am grateful for their services and will use them in the future for maintenance and repairs

My A/C was not cooling and contacted Kowalski Heating and Cooling (KHC). The technician came out and determined I had a leak in the system. I told him I had a home warranty and that he needed to call my home warranty to explain what was wrong and get approval for the repair work. I gave him the contact information and my warranty information. After a week of not hearing anything I called KHC to find out what was going on. I was informed that the technician was too busy and hadn’t made the call yet but that he would get to it the next week. Again, I hear nothing so I call later the next week and I’m told he’s called several times and each time has been told he would have to wait on hold for upwards of an hour. This was the first I had heard of this. No one called me to tell me the difficulty they were having to contact my warranty company. I called my warranty company and got a different number for them to call that would get them directly to someone without waiting on hold. I texted the information directly to the technician’s cell number and gave him directions on what to do. Guess what? Never heard anything back from him. Didn’t get a text saying got it; thanks, I’ll let you know what I find out; nothing. It’s been two weeks since he’s been out and I’m not any closer to getting my A/C fixed. The only way I know that the technician finally got through is that I got a response from my home warranty company acknowledging that they talked to him. Well I’m getting my A/C fixed by someone else now. I decided not to go with KHC. I never received a call from them telling me the status of what was going on. The only way I found out anything was to call them. They have terrible customer service and it scares me to think what their service work is like. I don’t consider them a very reliable company. I would say avoid Kowalski Heating and Cooling like the plague. I would never trust them to do anything at my house.

Although we share a last name I have no relation to this company. The last name was the reason why I called them though. I'm not big on writing reviews but have to say they were fairly priced, pleasant to deal with, and experts in their field. I would recommend Kowalski's to anyone with AC concerns.

Jason and Steve built out the HVAC needs for my basement. Their knowledge and ability to provide abundant air flow in every room was fantastic! Their design really changed the feel and air flow in the entire house. They did this by increasing the air return ratios that my builder underspec'd! I highly recommend them!

Sumbitted for a service request and got a call back promptly the next business day. After I described my issue the owner came on the phone to properly set my expectations. A tech was sent out promptly. Everyone was very nice and very professional. They are exactly the kind the people you'd want to have provide you service.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service. They were hard working, polite and very good about cleaning up. They were here for 2 days, as we got an air conditioner and furnace installed. I can't say enough about them. I highly recommend!!

From the phone service (scheduling), service tech and owner, EVERYone was so kind and treated my home and family like it was theirs. The work that was done, was nearly completely and lastly, all communication was prompt an accurate.

I had Air conditioning installed and was very happy with the results. I was impressed they were willing and able to work around my odd work schedule. Highly recommend.

I've worked with contractors all my life and no one compares to Jason.His main concern is customer satisfaction.He and his crew are unbelievable.They also do a great clean-up job.Too bad you can only give 5 stars because he is without a doubt a 10..
