I would highly recommend this company to anyone with any problems regarding their air conditioner or heating system. When I contacted them, Steve came out the same day, which is highly unusual now days. Not only had my air conditioner not been working but my furnace had not been working properly either. Being widowed and not aware of how my heating/cooling system works, I didn't know that that my furnace (heat pump) needed refrigerant in order to also run properly. When Steve came out, he checked everything out and immediately knew that there was a leak in my line, was able to repair the leaking braze joint and recharged my unit with refrigerant. I now have a great working air conditioner and furnace. My house will be cooler in the summer and warmer when winter comes AND my electric bill will be lower since my system will not be running so much trying to do its job. This company is extremely knowledgeable, very dependable, super friendly and respectful. Steve was fantastic and Amy in the office was amazing!! Kowalski retro-fitted an excellent air conditioning system into my 90+ year old home back in 2002. Didn't realize they did repairs as well. Just had them back to do some maintenance on the system. At the same time they tuned up my boiler and discovered an issue with my hot water expansion tank. Repaired that too. All in one day. They're professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Now that I know they're not just installers, I''ll be calling them for my HVAC and plumbing needs. Thanks!

Andy did an excellent job troubleshooting an intermittent issue. He was very professional and friendly. Andy explained what the issue was that was causing my heat pump to shut down every once and a while.

I have used Kowalski Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for the past 11 years and they are always considerate about any issues and always work to resolve them in a very timely manner.

Can't say enough good things about Kowalski and his staff, excellent customer service from first call to install. My air condition unit died after over 30 years, gave them a call and Andy came out that same day to look at it and as I expected I needed it replaced. They were very prompt in giving me a quote that was reasonably priced I felt and was installed in a couple of weeks due to the entire AC condenser and furnace unit needing to be ordered. Install was a breeze and Zach and his team showed up right at 8am and completed the entire install by lunch. Another great thing is that they take credit cards so while HVAC units can be a rather expensive expense I at least got credit card points from it. The new system works great and is much quieter. I will be using them for any future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Kowalski Heating and Cooling far exceeded my expectations. Our home has major issues with balancing temperatures through the rooms. Our duct work was not installed correctly, our heat pump was far beyond its life, and we had to have separate heater and AC in the rooms just to be comfortable. We contacted 8 HVAC companies, and Kowalski was the ONLY COMPANY that identified and fixed the problem. All other companies just wanted to install a new system or install 2 separate units. Kowalski installed a new main duct system, new heat pump, and gave us separate zone heating and cooling for the 2 areas of our home. They arrived on time, installed the system within described schedule, quality of work was very professional (as well as the crew installing the unit), and the results were immediate. The system has been running for 6 months. Our bills are lower, we haven't had to use any additional AC or heaters in the room, home is very comfortable, and the system is operating fantastic.

Bottom Line: I highly recommend Kowalski Heating and Cooling for any of your HVAC needs. I will be using them again.

Jason Kowalski came out to our house to see exactly what we wanted and what it would take to complete the job. He answered all of my questions and even made a few suggestions of things I never thought of. We had quotes from several different businesses, and Jason’s bid was slightly lower than the average.
His crew showed up right on time and went right to work. They kept us informed as to what they were doing and answered any questions we asked. They were very efficient and courteous. Also, they cleaned up after themselves.
We were very pleased with our Kowalski experience and would highly recommend them.

Jason and Brett both came to our residence for HVAC system maintenance and cleaning. They were very responsive and prompt. They did a thorough inspection, Jason also fixed a thermostat wiring issue we had as well. We would highly recommend this company.

Our furnace quit working on a cold February night. I called Kowalski's the next morning. By noon, they had someone here to check it out. It turned out that we needed a new furnace. By 9am the following morning, a new furnace was being installed. Kowalski's customer service is the best. Great people, great value, and extremely professional. We will be using their services more in the future.
