Our new air conditioning system is now providing us with cooling at a level we have never had in the more than 20 years we have lived in our home.

    Marin E. Kanze (and Joff) was fantastic. I called him the morning we learned that our water heater finally died. I exchanged multiple phone calls and text messages throughout the day and the next morning the team showed up early in the morning to replace the water heater. Thanks again!

    It started off well, during the first appointment/ diagnosis. They needed to order 2 parts for my AC/heating unit. On the second visit, the technician realized one of the parts ordered was wrong -- they ordered the wrong part or the company sent them the wrong part? Either way they couldn't do anything and had to wait for the new part to come in. Then there were holidays and companies were closed.

    It felt like I had to keep calling them to remind them I still have no heat and it is 20 degrees outside. The lady answering the phone had a super attitude and never said her name either. Finally, the third visit, everything was installed. However, when he gave me the bill, the part that was ordered incorrectly was more money that no one told me about. Also, they charged me an extra 3% to pay with credit card, which no one told me about.

    I'm happy my heat is working now, but it is also took 2 plus weeks to be fixed (first visit was 12/14 and third visit was 1/3).

    STAY AWAY!! - BEWARE Called them to fix a thermostat on 11/7/2019. Took 2 days, 2 techs and $1500 - $700 of which was to run a 15 foot wire to a pre-existing location on an inside wall of a stick frame house. They promised a new thermostat then charged me $145 for a $50 thermostat. Spoke with the grandson and he stood by his business practice. DO NOT USE!

    Very good experience!! Jonathan was easy to work with and very accommodating. The technicians who installed our air conditioner were efficient and clean and did a great job.

    This company is fabulous. My husband has emphysema , and they recommended an Aerus air scrubber with NASA technology.
    It is installed on the hvac system.
    My husband’s breathing is incredible.
    This air scrubber removes dust and all impurities from the air.
    I literally have no dust in my house !!
    This company is honest and reliable👍👍
